Originally founded by prior military veterans and elite security professionals, The Coalition [tC] was born out of necessity — a direct response to the escalating wave of piracy, corporate corruption, and lawlessness threatening the balance of the star systems. What began as a compact team of specialists offering reliable protection for high-risk cargo and VIPs soon transformed into something far greater.

In the early days, [tC] operated primarily as a private security force, contracting with corporations, independent merchants, and frontier colonies in need of dependable defense. Their consistent professionalism, tactical precision, and unwavering sense of duty quickly earned them a reputation across Stanton and beyond. From escort missions and secure transport to defensive operations in hostile sectors, The Coalition carved a name for itself as a shield in the dark.

But protection was only the beginning.

As their network grew and their operations became more ambitious, [tC] expanded its scope to meet the increasing complexity of the galaxy’s challenges. No longer content with being reactionary, they began to operate proactively — engaging in deep-space search and rescue missions, clandestine intelligence operations, and even strategic strikes against known pirate syndicates and criminal enclaves. What once was a security firm had evolved into a multifaceted operational force.

It was during this period of rapid growth and strategic realignment that The Interstellar Corps [tCIC] was formed — a dedicated branch of The Coalition forged to lead this new era of interstellar operations.

The Interstellar Corps wasn’t just a rebranding — it was a declaration of purpose.

Where The Coalition remained the overarching entity — a unifying banner for those committed to order, loyalty, and the greater good — the Interstellar Corps became its tip of the spear. Designed to handle advanced tactical engagements, deep-space exploration, humanitarian outreach, logistics coordination, and forward reconnaissance, the Corps brought together soldiers, medics, pilots, engineers, and analysts under a single elite command.

Each member of [tCIC] is more than a specialist — they are torchbearers of a legacy, carrying the Coalition’s values into the darkest corners of space.

Charter

Article I: Name and Purpose

[1.0] — The name of this organization shall be The Coalition, hereafter referred to as [tC].
[1.2] — The purpose of [tC] is to provide security solutions, execute strategic missions, foster a community of like-minded individuals, and ensure balanced profits for sustainable growth.

Article II: Membership

[2.0] — Membership in [tC] is open to individuals who share our values and are committed to upholding the principles outlined in this charter.
[2.1] — Prospective members must undergo a screening process and be approved by the leadership team before being granted full membership status.
[2.3] — Members are expected to abide by the code of conduct and adhere to the values and principles of [tC].

Article III: Leadership and Unit Command

[3.0] — [tC] shall be led by a leadership team consisting of officers and commanders appointed by the founding members.
[3.1] — Unit command shall be delegated to skilled and experienced members who demonstrate leadership capabilities and commitment to [tC]‘s mission.
[3.2] — The leadership team shall oversee unit commanders and ensure the effective coordination of operations.

Article IV: Operations and Balanced Profits

[4.0] — [tC] shall conduct its operations in accordance with the laws and regulations of the jurisdictions in which it operates.
[4.1] — Operations shall prioritize balanced profits to ensure sustainable growth and the well-being of [tC] members
[4.2] — All operations shall be conducted with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.

Article V: Amendments
[5.0] — This charter may be amended by a two-thirds majority vote of the membership.
[5.1] — Proposed amendments must be submitted in writing and circulated among the membership at least two weeks prior to the vote
[5.2] — Amendments shall take effect immediately upon approval by the membership.

Article VI: Dissolution

[6.0] — In the event that [tC] is dissolved, any remaining assets shall be distributed to charitable organizations as determined by the leadership team.
[6.1] — Dissolution may be initiated by a two-thirds majority vote of the membership.

Article VII: Ratification

This charter shall be considered ratified upon approval by the founding members of [tC] and shall serve as the governing document for the organization.
