Some believe it emerged from the collapsing infrastructure of old Earth’s superpowers, a last-ditch effort to maintain influence as humanity reached for the stars. Others whisper that it was born within the highest ranks of the United Empire of Earth (UEE), a secret council of policymakers and corporate oligarchs who ensured that no leader, no corporation, and no system could threaten the “true order” of human civilization.

THE HAND THAT GUIDES
Unlike governments that rise and fall, The Committee endures. It does not govern openly, nor does it claim ownership. It manipulates. Through proxy wars, economic pressure, blackmail, and silent disappearances, it steers the course of history without ever revealing its hand. Its agents infiltrate the highest levels of power—within the UEE Senate, military command, mega-corporations like Hurston Dynamics and ArcCorp, and even among outlaw syndicates.

To the public, events appear to unfold naturally. A rebellion suppressed before it begins. A corporate rival mysteriously crumbling overnight. A political candidate rising from obscurity, backed by unseen forces. The Committee operates through whispers, not declarations—through decisions made in dark rooms rather than battlefields.
