History

Reformed under private investors in 2933, Todan Corporation entered the market from the Corel System with operations based out of Lo. It established itself as a reliable security contractor through a combination of discipline, efficiency, and a reputation for handling sensitive matters without publicity. In the years that followed, the corporation expanded by capitalizing on increasing concern over piracy and instability along active trade lanes, converting uncertainty into steady contractual growth.

Even so, expansion came with limits. Every additional escort craft demanded more pilots, more technicians, more logistical support, and more infrastructure than the model could comfortably sustain. Growth continued, but at a pace increasingly constrained by staffing requirements and the inefficiency of maintaining large numbers of lightly equipped assets. Todan remained profitable, but not yet optimized.

The UEE Militia Mobilization Initiative altered that equation. Improved access to more capable hardware enabled the corporation to replace outdated civilian-grade equipment with platforms better suited to extended security operations and rapid-response contracts. Missions that once required multiple rotating escort elements could now be executed by smaller, heavier flights with greater endurance and lower personnel overhead. The effect was immediate: improved efficiency, greater operational reach, and stronger returns on every deployed asset.

In the years since, Todan contractors have increasingly operated in small, self-contained cells across multiple systems. These units are structured for discretion, speed, and minimal administrative drag: arrive, secure the objective, complete the contract, and leave before the situation develops further scrutiny. The corporation describes this as adaptive security. Its investors describe it as scale.

Manifesto

Todan Corporation exists to provide results where others provide delay. We are a private military contractor built on discipline, discretion, and operational efficiency. Our purpose is simple: secure assets, complete contracts, and expand corporate control where opportunity allows.

We do not deal in heroics or idealism. Security is a service, force is a tool, and profit is the measure of success. Our personnel are expected to perform to standard, follow direction, and complete the job without unnecessary attention. Professionalism matters. So does silence.

Todan operates lawfully where practical and decisively where necessary. We value controlled action over public recognition, and results over appearances. Clients come to us for reliability. Our competitors learn to respect discretion. Everyone else learns to stay out of the way.

This corporation is not built on promises. It is built on contracts, performance, and return on investment.

What Cannot Be Negotiated Can Be Resolved.
