PREAMBLE

In the lawless expanse between civilization and chaos, strength alone does not guarantee survival. Discipline, loyalty, and purpose forge the foundation upon which enduring organizations are built.

The Ebon Marauders PMC is established as an independent military organization operating within the systems of the United Empire of Earth and beyond. This Charter defines the principles, structure, responsibilities, and code by which all Marauders shall conduct themselves.

Every member who bears the insignia of the Ebon Marauders accepts these terms willingly and without reservation.

To dishonor this Charter is to dishonor the organization itself.

ARTICLE I — PURPOSE

The Ebon Marauders exist to provide organized military, security, industrial, and logistical operations across lawful and frontier space.

The organization shall:
