RULES – GENERAL/RP

•863-R1.1.S – Respectful Address: Always refer to individuals by their correct title. This maintains order and respect within the community.
For example, Emperor Palpatine should be addressed as “My Emperor/Emperor Palpatine”
Darth Vader as “My Lord/Lord Vader”
High command as “[His/her rank]” like Grand Moff or Grand Admiral
Imperial Officer as “Sir/Ma’am”
NCO as “Sergeant/Sir/Ma’am”,
Stormtrooper as “Trooper” if you are a higher-ranking individual.

•863-R2.2.A – Professional Conduct: Act professionally, especially if you are in a high-ranking position. You set an example for others. Joking is not permitted unless off-duty.

•863-R3.3.A – Obedience to Superiors: Always follow orders from your superiors. Officers from other divisions may not have full command over you if you are in a division. However, High Command, Darth Vader, and the Emperor have total authority.

•863-R4.4.B – Royal Guard Silence: If you are a Royal Guard, you must not speak in-game while in roleplay.

•863-R5.5.B – Elite Divisions: The Nova Troopers, Shock Troopers, 501st Legion, Death Troopers, Purge Troopers, Inquisitors, and Royal Guards are considered elite divisions.

•863-R6.6.C – Darth Vader’s Authority: When Darth Vader is involved in roleplay, show utmost respect. Darth Vader may kill his men, especially officers, for failure. If killed by Darth Vader, reincarnate as a normal stormtrooper or a trooper of your division for the rest of the event.

•863-R7.7.B – Roleplay Initiation: Only Imperial Officers and higher may start an official RP. High command and higher may start important RPs. Troopers may conduct patrols or searches if no RP event is ongoing.

•863-R8.8.C – Jedi-related Roleplay: Only Inquisitors, Darth Vader, and the Emperor may start Jedi-related RPs like hunts or fights. Anyone in the Empire can participate.

•863-R9.9.C – Promotions and Demotions: Promotions are granted through training, activity, and good roleplay. Demotions occur due to inactivity for 4+ weeks without excuse, disobeying superiors, or disrespecting other Empire members.
•863-R10.10.C – Respect for the Emperor: Show respect to the Emperor. Guards may “tase” non-high command members who get too close to the Emperor.

•863-R11.11.D – Event Start Timing: Allow 5-10 minutes for people to join before starting an event.

•863-R12.12.D – Bounty Hunters: Bounty Hunters are hired and not considered in Empire ranks. Only the employer (usually Darth Vader or an officer) can order them unless otherwise stated.

•863-R13.13.A – Rule Violation Consequences: Failure to follow rules results in warnings.

•863-R13.14.A – Warning Cooldowns: Warnings last 1 week for the 1st, 2.5 weeks for the 2nd, and 1 month for the 3rd.

•863-R14.15.D – Inactivity Consequences: Inactivity longer than 4 weeks without a valid reason given to High Command will result in demotion.

•863-R15.16.E – Server Re-entry: If you leave and rejoin the server, even by accident, you will be reset to the bottom rank. You must earn your previous roles back.

•863-R16.17.F – Private Relationships: If you are in a personal relationship with another server member, keep it private. Do not involve it in events or public server interactions. Breaching this rule may result in demotion and further actions if repeated.

•863-R17.18.E – Impartiality in Decision Making: High-ranking individuals cannot make decisions about people they are in a personal relationship or dispute with. In such cases, another individual of equal or higher rank from the same division (exceptions may apply with High Command agreement) should make the decision.

•863-R18.19.S – Anti-Harassment Rule: Any form of taunting, attacking, harassing, threatening, or nuisance behavior towards anyone in the server will not be tolerated. Violation of this rule will result in immediate removal and forgetting about your presence. You will receive only one warning; further violations will lead to immediate expulsion. This rule is in place to maintain a friendly community atmosphere.
