We aim to provide contracted security for the good people of the ARMCO Commerce division while staying prepared for operations under the command of the ARMCO Combat forces.

Enlistment and ranks are as follows:

To be granted admission into our ranks as a Trainee, you must be a member of the ARMCO organization and Discord Server

Those who have already completed Basic Training for either the ARMCO Militia Corps or ARMCO Sky Corps shall immediately promoted and receive their Company Pilots License (CPL). All others will be allowed to remain in the company on a trial period where the completion of a mission as a crew member aboard a company vessel shall serve as their training, thus granting them their CPL and the associated promotion. Pilots are considered full members of the company and may now accept contracts piloting a personal vessel, and are allowed a co-pilot if their vessel has the capacity for it (A turret operator is considered a co-pilot in a two-seat vessel).

Pilots who have distinguished themselves on missions can earn a promotion to the rank of Crew Chief Crew Chiefs earn the privilege of requisitioning a company-owned vehicle or the credits to rent one should their mission require it. Crew Chiefs may assume the role of Commanding Officer for the vessel they are aboard.

A Crew Chief that has excelled in the field and exhibits the characteristics of a strong leader is eligible for promotion to Wing Commander Wing Commander is the highest enlisted rank in the company, and grants the ability to become the Commanding Officer of several vessels in addition to the one they are aboard.

Head of Staff and Operations Director are Administrative Officers, with Head of Staff being reserved for the sitting leader of the company, and Operations Directors being promoted only as needed for operation purposes, whereas ranks 1-3 can be earned by anyone who proves themselves.
