One flock, many wings. A casual multi-role outfit running bounty work, escort, hauling, salvage and industry. Pick a division, switch whenever you want. No quotas, no attendance sheets, no drama — just people who know their ships and answer the comms when you call. All timezones, all skill levels.
The Concord started the way most flocks do: a handful of pilots who kept ending up on the same beacon.
There was no charter at first, and no name. Just a shared channel, a Corsair with the ballistics loaded hot, and an unspoken rule that nobody got left in the black. Contracts came in one at a time — a bounty here, a stranded hauler there, a wreck field nobody else wanted to touch. The work paid. The company paid better.
Crows were the joke before they were the crest. Somebody pointed out that the crew showed up wherever something died, picked it clean, remembered every face that had ever wronged them, and refused to fly alone. The name stuck. So did the habit.
Today the Concord runs six wings out of the same nest — hunters, wardens, haulers, salvors, the carrion crews who take what isn’t offered, and the rookery that trains everyone else. Members move between them freely. Nobody flies a role they hate, and nobody sits out an op because their ship is the wrong shape. There is always a seat.
We are not the biggest flock in the Verse. We are the one that comes back for you.
One flock, many wings. The Concord exists so that no member ever has to choose between the content they want to fly and the people they want to fly with. You bring a ship and a headset; we bring the crew.
The six wings. Every member picks a division — and changes it whenever the mood takes them. No applications, no gatekeeping, no permanent assignment.
- TALON — Bounty hunting, PvP, contract combat. High-alpha builds, committed time-on-target, no half-passes.
- WARDEN — Convoy escort, capital operations, area denial. Where the big hulls and the crewed guns live.
- WAYFARER — Cargo, trade routes, contract hauling. Logistics for the org and for anyone paying.
- ROOST — Mining, salvage, refining, repair and engineering. The wing that funds the other four.
- CARRION — Piracy, smuggling, interdiction and grey-market work. Crows eat what they didn’t kill, and we don’t pretend otherwise.
- ROOKERY — New members, training, scouting and exploration. Every recruit starts here; plenty of veterans never leave.
Crew before hull. A fully manned midsize beats an empty capital every time. We fill seats first and worry about the ship list second.
Nobody gets left. Recovery is not optional and it is never billed. If you go down, someone is already burning toward your beacon.
Casual means casual. Play once a month or every night — the roster does not care. There is no participation tracking, no mandatory ops, and no rank you can lose by being busy.
Competence is the culture. We are relaxed about attendance and serious about flying well. Know your loadout, know your role, listen on comms, and you will fit in fine.
Rank structure
1. Fledgling — Trial member. Full access to ops, one week of flying together before full membership.
2. Corvid — Full member. Voting voice on org direction, may lead informal ops.
3. Wingleader — Division lead. Runs ops for their wing, mentors Fledglings, sets loadout standards.
4. Steward — Recruiting, org admin, resource and hangar coordination.
5. Concord — Founder. Final call on membership and org direction.
Rules of the flock
1. No griefing members. Friendly fire happens; deliberate friendly fire, ship theft, or cargo theft from members is a one-strike removal.
2. Every line of work flies under the crest — including piracy. Legal contracts, grey-market runs, interdiction and smuggling are all org business. Call the op type before launch so nobody joins a hit thinking it was an escort, and never run hostile against a member or a declared ally.
3. Comms discipline on ops. Callouts get priority over conversation while contacts are up. Push-to-talk if your mic is hot.
4. Loot and payout split evenly among everyone on the op unless the group agrees otherwise before the drop. Ship owner does not get a cut for owning the ship.
5. Ask before you borrow. No taking a member’s ship, cargo, or hangar slot without a direct yes.
6. Recovery is free. Never charge a member for a rescue, a body run, or a cargo recovery.
7. Keep it civil. No harassment, no slurs, no dogpiling. Disagreements go to a Wingleader, not to global chat.
8. Bugs are not exploits. Do not knowingly abuse a broken mechanic while wearing the tag.
9. No activity requirement. You cannot be removed for inactivity. Come back whenever.
10. Multi-org friendly. Affiliate membership is welcome. Do not bring another org’s grudges into ours.
Removal: Rules 1 and 7 are immediate. Everything else is a conversation first.
