From the office of the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Galactic Dynasty:
Greetings Citizen,
As part of the efforts to secure the Stanton system, the UEE has recently authorized funding for private security contracts, as well as granting permission to private organizations to conduct business and carry out critical operations. Galactic Dynasty will be conducting recruiting and exploratory missions in the system for the foreseeable future.

Manifesto
The long term goal is to create a dynamic organization that has a structure in place to grow and evolve to meet the needs of its members. This will be implemented in several stages that will reflect what is available in the game currently, i.e. security is our primary focus as that is what is available in the Alpha 2.0 iterations.
As the game rolls out more and more, and particularly when organizations have the ability to vote on issues and/or hold elections, a more permanent set of organizational rules will be set.

*Positions in leadership will be available based on Rank in the organization, so if you are a Rank 2 you will be able to fill in any position currently available to a Rank 2 and below. If you are Rank 5 you will be able to fill any position within the organization. This structure is in place so that you can try different roles and new things. This can also be helpful when a division leader is in need of an extra crew member when forming a task force, they can ask or hire a fellow member to fill in any appropriate role.
**There will be a level of role play involved, as this is a game that will allow each player to create their own tale in Star Citizen history, it is only fitting to allow for any embellishments to the backstory of characters and the organization. It is meant to enrich the experience, but is by no means the driving principle behind this organization. We will seek to fit within the bounds of Star Citizen lore, as well as contribute to it.
***Users with multiple game packages will be able to have each of their in-game characters join the organization, though only one will be able to achieve Rank 5. This will be subject to change as this aspect of the game is implemented.
****By keeping this organization small for the foreseeable future, in terms of membership, I hope to maintain a better level of involvement for everyone. As membership grows, a more rigid rank and advancement system will be put in place, to allow for fairness and inclusiveness.
*****Structuring this organization in the manner set forth above, is a preliminary model that is subject to change as more is learned about the scope of the final product, but is ultimately guided by the desire to have fun and try different paths in the PU, and getting the most out of this awesome game!Charter
