Hooked Up Space Services was founded by Louis “Lefty Lou” Label in 2924 after spending several decades working his way up in the mining industry around Stanton. His skills and abilities when handling any type of mining situation caught the eye of his superiors and soon Louis Label became the go-to guy for any task the board room required. After Grim HEX officially closed down in 2938, Louis took advantage of the rush of new business to other systems, expanding the fleet as well as the company’s range of services.

Louis Label retired in 2938 and his son Zack Labelle became the new CEO. Under Zack’s leadership the company has managed to maintain growth and marketability as the depths of known space expand.
