THERMIC has grown into a multi-faceted Organization. While our specialty remains in large-scale group resource extraction, we also offer long-haul freight and various types of combat support.

We believe in fair compensation within our operations for all members and affiliates for services rendered. Onsite training is available for those new to the ‘verse.

Those working with our Consortium must try to maintain friendly public relations. We’re all here for an enjoyable experience, and as such, we try to avoid soiling the experience of those we encounter.

We condemn what we refer to as “faux piracy”, or attacks with the intent of ruining others’ experiences.
Legitimate piracy, though it remains detrimental to our business model, is a necessary evil that we must attempt to mitigate.

• -Don’t be exceptionally rude or hateful.
• -Role-playing is allowed but not expected.
• -There is no minimum participation quota¹
• -Avoid initiating PvP under the THERMIC name²
• -When in doubt, just ask!

¹ We’re a pretty social bunch though, so the more the merrier, even for mundane activities!

² As a mostly PvE group, we prefer to remain a neutral party and avoid getting into drama when possible.
