Character, honor, respect, and relationships

These are at the core of what TEAM Services stands for and how we strive to represent ourselves in the verse.

Goals

1. We aim to be one of the go to service organizations for performing contracted jobs doing anything from running a shipment, a VIP, or information. We will have the ability to be self contained in that when contracted in higher security system we will be able to bring our own escort and cargo haulers.
2. We aim to partner ourselves with other organizations of any size to assist in pooling resources for larger, more risky jobs. As part of these partnerships we will openly share information on regions regarding local organizations, available contracts, and areas of high risk.

Code of Conduct

1. Be mindful and respectful of your fellow TEAMers. Open fighting and bickering is not tolerated.
2. If you have an issue with a fellow TEAMer, attempt to work it out in private. Failing that ask a ranking officer to help mediate a civil discussion.
3. When in doubt, keep it family friendly! We want to make sure that we maintain a family friendly environment. Please keep foul language to a minimum.
4. You may not verbally or sexually harass, defraud, threaten, cause distress, and/or give unwanted attention to other members. Sexually explicit, harmful, threatening, overly abusive, defamatory, unnecessarily obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive language is prohibited. This is to include, user names, signatures and or any links in your posts or profile. You may not distribute post, publish, upload, disseminate or discuss defamatory, infringing, obscene, sexual, racist or any unlawful materials like pornography or illegal drugs including images, audio, video, links, or text. Also, posted material about controversial topics such as (but not limited to) politics, religion, racism, sexism, or sexual orientation is also prohibited. Any of the above actions will be grounds for immediate termination of membership.
5. While a member of TEAM Services your actions represent the Organization as a while. Be mindful not to act in a way that would negatively impact the brand image of TEAM Services in the verse.
6. A membership fee will only be imposed on those wanting to park their ships in an organization hangar and those who want to take advantage of organization resources. If you remove an item or withdraw credits from the shared account please return the value as soon as you are able to. Voluntary deposits are encouraged, but not mandatory and will not be asked for. Theft of TEAM resources will not be tolerated and will be grounds for termination of membership.
