OPERATIONAL POLICIES
Ranks:
0: Technician All accepted members are granted the Technician Rank. Techs execute low risk assignments and take on support functions for ground and space teams. Techs are a large part of our operation. We would not be successful without techs.
1: Senior Technician Promotion to Senior Technician has two requirements. One a minimum time in service of 6 months and two the ability to execute medium risk assignments. Seniors are assigned a team of three Techs and assign low risk tasks to them.
2: Expert Technician Promotion to Expert Technician requires a minimum time is service of 1 year. Expert’s must also be able to obtain one specialization in management. Either Recruiter or Marketing role. Master’s are assigned High risk assignments. Expert’s are also assigned three Senior Techs and issue tasks according to needs.
3: Master Technician Promotion to Master Technician requires a minimum time in service for 1 year 6 months. Master Tech’s are assigned to a Ground or Space Supervisor. Master’s oversee the Day to Day operations of there assigned area of operation and are assisted by three Expert Tech’s. Master’s maybe assigned to short term commands and will report back to their assigned Supervisor.
4: Supervisor Supervisors are assigned to a specific are of Ground or Space Operations. Supervisors are required to be in service for 2 years as a Master before be able for promotion to Supervisor. Supervisors are assigned three Master’s and are allowed to direct all operations under their area. Supervisors also must select one of their Master’s to be their Senior Master Technician to be their executive officer (XO).
5: Manger Promotion to Manager requires time in service of 2 years 6 months and be selected to cover a specific area of business. Managers oversee all operations of their assigned operations.
