Charter

I. Charter of Tekkodan Corporation

Article I: Name and Purpose

The corporation shall be known as Tekkodan. The primary purpose of Tekkodan is to design, manufacture, and sell high-quality weapons, armor, ship components, and complete starships in the universe of Star Citizen.

Article II: Vision and Mission

Vision: To become a leading provider of reliable and innovative equipment for adventurers, traders, and organizations across the galaxy. Mission: To empower our customers with superior products that enhance their safety, performance, and overall experience in space.

II. Rules of Tekkodan Corporation
