History
The life of the lonely freelancer is – undoubtedly – a hard one, but as the challenges start to surpass the capabilies of the individual, people come together. So did the 3 original founders of Tankberry Industries, who joined forces to overcome ever greater challenges, and together they tackled ever more risky cargo, on ever ever more risky routes.
Seeing the benefits of joining forces in a field mostly serviced by individuals, the founders of the company decided to increase the scope of their business and built the logistics and security consulting conglomerat Tankberry Industries.
Instead of creating ridged corporate structures, Tankberry Industries focussed on preserving the individuality of it’s members, serving as an intermediary between customers and freelancers. With an access to a repository of different crews and pilots with distinct skills and capabilities, Tankberry Industries was able to assemble the right combination of ships and people to tackle even the most difficult tasks. All the while Tankberry Industries’ subcontractors where able to perserve their independance from other parts of the conglomerate.
To this date Tankberry Industires is known for providing reliable and satisfactory services to it’s customers, while providing security and preserving freedom and propserity for it’s members.
Manifesto
Tankberry Industries strives to provide top of the line logistics services, specialising on property/personnel transport and protection, while preserving the essence of the freelancer life. To it’s clients, Tankberry Industries serves as a single service provider, known for reliability and providing satisfactory results, by virtue of assembling the right combination of talent from it’s pool of subcontractors. Tankberry Industries strives to preserve the indviduality and freedom of it’s members, while also coordinating cooperation in a fair and safe way, ultimately leading to the creation of highly specialized and skilled individuals. Pairing up the right combination of talents allows the conglomerat’s members to tackle ever more difficult challenges, and fly home ever more significant salaries.
Charter
1. Every contractor to Tankberry Industries is seen as a single entity, as such salaries, ownership and responsibilities within a crew need to be managed on their own.
2. Every contractor to Tankberry Industries is expected to provide their own equipment, including but not limited too their ship(s), weapons, suits, etc.
3. All pre- and post mission communication and financial transactions with clients is to be handled via Tankberry Industries. Payments are allocated as seen fit by Contractor Adminstration according to mission specific investment and damages orccured.
4. Hostile behaviour towards any Tankberry Industries employee or subcontractor is strictly forbidden.
