Welcome to The Toast Federation! We’re a humble, cool-headed Star Citizen org focused on massive resource hauls, trading, and making that aUEC dough. We fly together, protecting our cargo and our crew. Ready to get this bread? Join the fleet! Golden brown and taking you down.

History

- History of The Toast Federation-
Every mega-corporation and logistics empire in the Stanton system started somewhere. Before the sprawling armadas and the orbital monopolies take hold, there are just independent pilots trying to carve out a living in the dark.

We are not an empire yet. We are an up-and-coming syndicate built on grit, determination, and the relentless drive to keep the supply chain moving.

Here is the early history of The Toast Federation—a story of survival, hard lessons, and the ambition to build something lasting from the ground up.

A Drive for the Haul The origins of the Federation are rooted in the unforgiving reality of deep-space transport. In the beginning, there was no fleet. There was only a pilot operating under the callsign Breadtin, and a singular, stubborn focus: moving critical resources across the most dangerous sectors of space.

Breadtin understood that the galaxy runs on freight, but breaking into the logistics market as an independent is a brutal grind. Flying a heavily modified, blocky industrial freighter that local mechanics dubbed the “bread tin,” he took the high-risk, low-margin hauling contracts that established corporations refused. He navigated through volatile asteroid fields and unstable jump points, relying on reinforced hull plating and sheer endurance to make the deliveries that kept remote stations alive.

Reality in the Verse
But ambition without security is a liability. As Breadtin’s routes expanded and his cargo holds carried more valuable ore, the harsh reality of the Stanton system caught up with him.

During a routine run near the Aaron Halo, Breadtin’s freighter was ambushed by a coordinated pirate syndicate. Outgunned and outmaneuvered, he barely managed to jump to safety, limping back to port with a critically damaged ship and an empty cargo bay. It was a devastating financial loss, but it sparked a necessary realization: a lone freighter, no matter how well-flown, is just a target waiting to be hit.

To survive—and eventually thrive—the logistics chain needed to be unified and militarized.

Building the Syndicate
Breadtin realized he couldn’t do it alone. He began reaching out to other independent operators who were tired of scraping by and losing their hauls to outlaws. He recruited rugged miners looking for safe transport, fellow space-truckers who needed strength in numbers, and combat-hardened fighter pilots who wanted steady pay rather than unpredictable mercenary bounties.

They weren’t an army, but they were a brotherhood. They learned to fly in tight formations, turning vulnerable cargo convoys into heavily defended mobile units.

The defining moment for this newly formed group came during a brutal blockade run. Intercepted by hostile forces, the convoy took heavy fire, their energy shields failing and their hulls superheating under the barrage. Instead of scattering and losing the cargo, Breadtin ordered the freighters to hold formation while the escort fighters engaged with desperate precision. They punched through the blockade, leaving the hostile fighters disabled and scorched in their wake.

In the aftermath of the fight, with their ships battered but their cargo secure, the combat wing grimly noted that the enemy had been reduced to “toast”—a slang term the group adopted as a badge of survival. It became a reminder of the heat they endure and the fate of those who try to take what is theirs. The Toast Federation was officially founded.

The Road Ahead
Today, The Toast Federation is a growing force in the Stanton system. We do not yet command massive capital fleets, nor do we own the trade hubs—but we are on our way. Every aUEC we earn is built on sweat, coordination, and the willingness to take on the heavy hauls.

We are actively recruiting pilots who share our vision. We are building an economic powerhouse from the ground up, delivering the payload, protecting our assets, and proving that with enough discipline, the underdogs can claim the verse.

Core Tenets of the Federation
Unyielding Logistics: The haul is our lifeblood. We mine, we transport, and we push forward, no matter the obstacle.

Vigilant Security: We protect our own. We cannot afford to lose our cargo, so our escorts fight with everything they have to ensure the convoy survives.

Shared Ambition: We are building this together. Loyalty to the Federation means shared struggles today, and shared prosperity tomorrow.

Manifesto

Founded by Wheat Admiral Breadtin, The Toast Federation is an ambitious logistics and security syndicate in the Stanton system. Born from the harsh realities of deep-space transport, Breadtin realized flying solo meant losing cargo to outlaws. To survive, he unified independent truckers, miners, and combat aces into a heavily defended unit. We aren’t an empire yet, but we are building an economic powerhouse from the ground up.

Our Mission
We specialize in massive resource hauls and market trading. We operate on a simple truth: the verse runs on logistics. Our Sourdough Fleet pairs heavy industrial freighters with the elite combat escorts of our Bran-guard, ensuring our trade lanes remain absolutely impenetrable.

Our Philosophy
We fly as one, protect our payload at all costs, and split the profits. Loyalty guarantees wealth. We hold the line, endure the heat, and reduce our enemies to ashes.
