We do not however encourage illegal actions, and therefore it is required of employees not to partake in illicit practices.
As an employee you are expected to act with professionalism, and not to bring shame and scandal to the company.

Membership positions:

• This is the entry-level position. When you first join the company you will be placed here.
• When you have proven yourself to be what we are looking for, you will be promoted.
• Perks include free ship rental (Limited to lower tier transport ships) (Insurance must be paid including a security deposit) (Only if available)

• This is the regular position of our members. Most members will be Employee or Senior Employee.
• We do not require our Employees to be very active.
• Perks include free ship rental (Transport ships of any tier) (Insurance must be paid, security deposit not required) (Only if available)

• Employees who has been members for a long time, may be promoted to Senior Employee.
• We require our Senior Employees to be active in the company.
• Perks include free ship rental (Any type of ship) (Insurance will be paid by the company, security deposit not required) (Only if available)

• Managers are in charge of a group of employees, called a department.
• Managers are required to be very active in the company.
• Bonus Program

• Directors are in charge of a group of managers and their departments, this is called a division.
• Directors are required to be very active in the company.
• Directors will be part of the Board of Directors, this is where leadership choices are made.

• Executive Directors are in charge of the entire company.
