世界上最后一次为争取更先进的社会框架所做的大规模斗争发生在大概九百多年前。从现存意识形态国家机器中提取的信息可以得知，这些斗争并没有带来更好的社会，反而造成了许多大大小小的灾难……

那时的一些革命者曾认为增殖的幻象驱动着人类；反对者认为自由清醒的个人选择着世界。历史证明了他们的谬误。

私有制与大型公司证明了它们在历史中的重要性。是私人公司在2075年第一个应用量子核心引擎技术。利润至上的“死亡驱力”并未将它们自身送往坟墓。恰恰相反，历史在这里终结了——存在的终结。

科技的飞速发展掩盖了一切事实。而在24世纪，一切讨论都被搁置了，种种社会和政治分歧不再重要。我们“团结一致”，渴望闯入未知的星空。

随着对宇宙的探索，资本主义的存在也在起着根本性的变化。从地租到利润的历史以倒错的幻象闪回。这种古老的殖民内容在新生的形式中焕发着前所未有的生机。越来越多的人离开地球，在宇宙中宣示主权。

扩张引起的种种内外矛盾使权威再无法继续维持社会稳定——从26世纪初到28世纪末，整个星系充斥着战争、冲突与杀戮。天下大乱。

变革党就是在这样的背景中成立的。它的前身是28世纪文化颠覆潮流中形形色色的社会组织、民间团体、进步党派……不同的思想在这里起着美妙的化学作用。哲学家、政治家、活动家们在这里交换理论、尝试实践。变革党在这个停滞无助的时代中显得格格不入。她的答案扎根于现在，她的问题遥指向未来。

一个世纪的时间足够长。变革党势不可挡的发展使她在数百个政党中脱颖而出，占据了近三分之一的国会席位，并成为了UEE的三个主导政党之一。

现在，事情正在起变化。进展缓慢的SynthWorld项目正在耗尽帝国的经济资源；贫富差距正在达到前所未有的鸿沟；剜度对帝国的袭击越来越频繁；大公司之间错综复杂的关系与不稳定的多极化格局已然形成；各种社会运动暗流涌动……在过去单向度的一个世纪内，只有天下的信徒们互相造反；今天，天上的神仙们将要造它自己的反。而UEE作为妥协的产物，已经渐渐无力掌控局面——

Although the young Transitionalist Party has only existed for more than a hundred years, its guiding ideology can even be traced back to the great men thousands of years ago.

The last major struggle for a more advanced social framework in the world took place some nine hundred years ago. The information extracted from the existing ideological state apparatus shows that these struggles did not lead to a better society, but caused many disasters, large and small……

Some revolutionaries of the time believed that the phantasm of proliferation drove man; opponents believed that free-conscious individuals chose the world. History has proven them both wrong.

Private ownership and large corporations attest to their historical importance. Is the first private company to apply quantum core engine technology in 2075. The “death drives” of profit do not send themselves to the grave. On the contrary, history ends here- the end of existence.

The rapid development of technology conceals all facts. In the 24th century, all discussions are put on hold, and social and political differences no longer matter. We are “united” and eager to break into the unknown starry sky.

With the exploration of the universe, the existence of capitalism is also undergoing fundamental changes. The history from rent to profit flashes back in perverted visions. This ancient colonial content glows with unprecedented vitality in a new form. More and more people are leaving the earth to claim sovereignty in the universe.

The expansion has caused large and small, internal and external conflicts. From the beginning of the 26th century to the end of the 28th century, the entire galaxy was full of wars and killings.

It is against this background that the Transitionalist Party was established. Its predecessor was all kinds of social organizations, civil groups, and progressive parties in the cultural subversion trend of the 28th century…… Different ideas play a wonderful chemical role here. Philosophers, politicians, and activists exchange theories and experiment with practice here. The Transitionalist Party looks out of place in this age of stagnation and helplessness. Her answers are rooted in the present, and her questions point to the future.

A century is long enough. The unstoppable growth of the Transitionalist Party has seen her stand out among hundreds of parties, capture nearly a third of parliamentary seats and become one of the three dominant parties in the UEE.

Today, situations are changing. The slow-moving SynthWorld project is exhausting the empire’s economic resources; the gap between rich and poor is reaching an unprecedented level; Vanduul’s attacks on the empire are becoming more frequent; the intricate relationship between large companies and the unstable multipolar pattern are formed; All kind of social movements are undercurrent…… In the past few centuries, only the chiliast under heaven rebelled against each other; today, the authorities above the heaven rebel against themselves. As a product of compromise, UEE has gradually been unable to control the situation——

“Heaven in disorder, it’s our time.”
