In the late-Messer expansion era, rising frontier casualties led a coalition of former UEE Navy corpsmen and civilian emergency specialists to establish TraumaTac Division on Terra. Their mission: provide deployable medical teams capable of operating in hostile, unregulated, or politically restricted environments where conventional aid could not reach.

2896 – Tevarin Integration Crisis
TraumaTac supported the UEE Humanitarian Aid Office during the relocation and integration of displaced Tevarin populations on Jalan. Their dual-role model of protection + medicine earned early comparisons to ancient Earth’s Trauma Team International.

2912 – First Vanduul Engagement Support
TraumaTac entered a Vanduul theatre for the first time, deploying to a UEE Navy carrier after a devastating raid near Orion. Using Rapid Extraction Pods, TraumaTac operatives saved 47 naval personnel—several with sensitive intelligence roles—while conducting trauma care during an active Vanduul pursuit.

2928 – Pyro System Civilian Rescue Initiative
With Pyro collapsing into lawlessness, TraumaTac initiated an unsanctioned extraction of 112 stranded civilians from abandoned corporate sites. Though censured publicly for operating without UEE clearance, the organisation was praised privately by several officials for preventing a humanitarian catastrophe.

2936 – RSI Corporate Medical Contract
Roberts Space Industries contracted TraumaTac to provide rapid-response medical coverage for hazardous propulsion research, experimental drive testing, and classified engineering programs. TraumaTac’s vacuum-field surgical capabilities became a defining strength during this period.

2947 – Stanton Test Range Explosion
pre. Event ID: TTD-FORGE-297 (RSI Confidential Record)

A catastrophic explosion aboard an RSI propulsion prototype vessel left key engineers critically injured and drifting among hazardous debris near Stanton. With outlaw groups converging and Vanduul scouts detected at system edge, RSI issued a Priority Omega Medical Contract.

TraumaTac Division Response:

• Inserted Field Operative teams through active debris fields.
• Stabilised personnel using Exo-Suit Integrated Surgical Modules.
• Performed trauma care under radiation exposure and vacuum breach conditions.

2950–Present – Frontier Expansion & Stanton Operations
As Stanton grew into a commercial hub, TraumaTac expanded coverage to industrial accidents, frontier homestead emergencies, pirate ambushes, and rapid medevac deployments into unpoliced territories. They continue to support anti-Vanduul watch units along the outer systems, providing medical reinforcement where UEE response times remain inadequate.

Our mission is simple: Deliver critical care with speed, violence of action, and unwavering precision.

THE TRAUMATAC RESPONSE UNIT (TRU)

A TraumaTac Response Unit is a four-to-six member elite team trained to execute emergency medical extractions and high-risk tactical rescues across any operational theater.

Pilot – Tactical Flight Operator

The spearhead of every mission. TraumaTac pilots are the lifeline between survival and oblivion, operating RSI Apollo Medivac craft or equivalent ships under extreme conditions.
They are responsible for rapid ingress, evasive maneuvers under fire, and precise extractions — often piloting with minimal defensive support and under pressure where seconds count.
TraumaTac pilots wear light recon armor for unrestricted movement and rapid ground access.

Security Specialist – Tactical Security Officer

TraumaTac Security Specialists are the shield of the team, providing perimeter control, counter-hostile engagement, and overwatch for medical operators.
Outfitted in full heavy combat armor, they neutralize threats, secure landing zones, and maintain battlefield superiority so that medics can operate unhindered.
Security Specialists also man defensive turrets during flight operations and provide fire support during extractions.

Medical Specialist – Combat Medical Technician

The heart of TraumaTac Division. Medical Specialists stabilize patients in chaotic environments, conduct on-site triage, and perform emergency interventions under active threat conditions.
Equipped with medium armor for agility and protection, Medical Specialists secure casualties, administer advanced trauma care, and ensure clients are prepped for transport.
They also assist with ship engineering and maintenance post-retrieval, and can man secondary defense positions if required.

COST OF OPERATIONS

TraumaTac Division operates under a tiered contract model:

Clients without active contracts may be serviced at standard operational discretion, subject to rescue availability and situational risk assessments.

Donations to TraumaTac Division assist in maintaining operational readiness, outfitting Response Units, and expanding service coverage.

Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions create an agreement between you (the “Client”) and TraumaTac Division (“TraumaTac”). Please read this agreement carefully.

INTRODUCTION TO OUR SERVICES

This agreement governs the Client’s engagement with TraumaTac Division’s specialized medical and tactical rescue services.
By initiating a Priority Medical Alert, the Client accepts the following Terms of Service:

TraumaTac Division is a player-operated tactical medical response organization available exclusively within the LIVE (Public Universe, PU) servers of Star Citizen. Emergencies initiated in the Public Test Universe (PTU) will be denied.

TraumaTac cannot guarantee that a Response Unit will be available at the exact time of an initiated alert. While rapid deployment is a primary goal, periods of low activity or operational disruptions may result in extended response times or no available team.

TraumaTac operates under the technical constraints of Star Citizen. As the game remains in development, instances of instability or unplayable performance may impact TraumaTac’s ability to fulfill rescue operations.

TraumaTac’s operational status is communicated through official Dispatch notices and Public Announcements on designated communication platforms (e.g., Spectrum, Discord).

TraumaTac does not retrieve players from incarceration facilities (e.g., Klescher Rehabilitation Center).

TraumaTac focuses exclusively on personal extraction and critical care. Ship, cargo, and equipment retrieval are not included in standard services.

The Client must cooperate fully with Dispatch and the assigned Response Unit, promptly providing requested information and following tactical orders as necessary. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the rescue operation.

CLIENT PRIORITY & TIER SYSTEM

Client rescues are conducted in accordance with the TraumaTac Priority Contract Tier system:

Platinum Shield	Elevated	Rapid deployment with armed escort capabilities across Pyro, Stanton and Nyx. Field surgical intervention included if necessary.
Black Card	Supreme	Absolute Priority Response. Immediate deployment to any location, including siege, hostile, or restricted zones. Full critical care and combat escort included.

Note: TraumaTac reserves the right to prioritize operations based on contract tiers, threat assessments, and operational safety.

SITUATIONAL REFUSAL & TERMINATION

TraumaTac Division reserves the right to decline or terminate a rescue operation if:

Dispatch or the deployed Response Unit determines that the client’s location is inaccessible, poses a severe operational threat, or would unreasonably endanger TraumaTac personnel.

The Client’s situation involves overwhelming hostile player forces beyond reasonable tactical response capability.

The Client is suspected of initiating a Priority Alert under hostile, griefing, or malicious intent.

Intelligence indicates the Client has engaged in prior hostile actions against TraumaTac personnel, or is affiliated with organizations known for targeted aggression against TraumaTac operations.

ENGAGEMENT PROTOCOLS

Hostility towards TraumaTac Dispatch or deployed Response Units will result in immediate termination of the operation, blacklisting from future services, and escalation to counter-threat measures if necessary.

Hostility includes, but is not limited to:

Verbal abuse or threats against TraumaTac personnel.

Intentional ambushes or baiting of Response Teams.

Membership in organizations blacklisted by TraumaTac Command.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent not prohibited by UEE law, in no event shall TraumaTac Division be liable for personal injury or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever — including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of assets, or any other losses arising out of or related to TraumaTac Division’s actions — regardless of perceived liability, even if the Client has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

TraumaTac Division provides life-saving services in volatile, unpredictable environments.
Success is prioritized, but not guaranteed under extreme operational conditions.

MODIFICATIONS TO AGREEMENT

TraumaTac Division reserves the right at any time to modify this agreement and to add new or additional terms or conditions on the Client’s use of services.
Such modifications will be effective immediately upon notice via official channels. Continued use of TraumaTac services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
