Service Rendered. Standard Restored.

History

The History of the Red Freightage & Provision

The Great Reset (2950-2954)

Before the red hulls of TRFP were a common sight in the Stanton shipping lanes, the founder operated in the high-pressure world of Uriel’s Hospitality Sector. However, the “System-Wide Stagnation” of 2950 devastated the service industry.

Refusing to be sidelined, the founder transitioned into “entry-level” management within the Stanton Retail Conglomerates. Over the following four years, he applied a rigorous service-industry mindset to chaotic warehouse floors and shipping docks, eventually rising to oversee a major distribution hub. It was here, amidst the disorganized “bulk-movers” and “dirty haulers,” that the founder identified a massive gap in the market: Professionalism.

The Founding (2955)

On the 26th of December, 2955, the Red Freightage & Provision was officially chartered on Port Olisar. The mission was clear. to take the precision of high-end retail management and the “customer-first” ethos of the restoration industry and apply it to interstellar hauling.

The founder purchased a surplus Drake Caterpillar, but instead of the usual grime-covered hull, he commissioned a striking scarlet livery. This wasn’t for vanity; it was a branding masterstroke. The “Red Hull” became a signal to every station manager and trade barony that a TRFP vessel carried more than just goods… it carried a standard.

The Restoration of Standards

Throughout 2955, TRFP quickly earned a reputation for being the “Provisioner of Choice” for the UEE’s elite and high-end planetary boutiques. While other haulers complained about pirate “shrinkage” and cargo damage, TRFP treated the interior of their Caterpillar like a Mayfair Showroom.

The company’s growth was driven by its “Meritocratic Advancement” policy: hiring to those who had been displaced by the economic shifts of the early 2950s and retraining them as elite provisioners.

Manifesto

The Scarlet Manifesto

I. The Core Intention

We do not merely “haul.” We provide. The Red Freightage & Provision was established in 2955 to bridge the widening chasm between cold, industrial logistics and the dying art of service. Our intension is to occupy the space where precision meets prestige. WE seek to be the first choice for those who value safety of their assets as much as the dignity of the transaction.

II. Our Motives: The Restoration of the Standard

Our motive is born from the “Great Reset.” Having witnessed the decay of professional standards during the galactic economic shifts of the early 2950s, we refuse to accept “satisfactory” as a benchmark.
  • We are motivated by the Restoration of Order: Bringing retail-grade inventory management to the chaotic hulls of the deep black.
  • We are motivated by Professional Dignity: Proving that a haulier can be as disciplined as a butler and as tactically sound as a soldier.

  • III. Our Views on the “Verse”

    1. On Logistics: We view the cargo bay as a storefront. If the goods are not “front-faced,” secured, and inventoried with a 100% accuracy, the mission is a failure regardless of arrival time.
    2. On Service: We believe that the relationship between the provisioner and the client is sacrosanct. Politeness is not a weakness; it is the ultimate mark of an elite operative.
    3. On Competition: We do not compete with the “Truckers” or the “Scrappers.” We operative in a tier of our own: The Scarlet Tier. We are the “High-Street” of the Stanton.
    4. On Adversity: We view piracy not merely as a threat, but as an “Unauthorised Inventory Adjustment.” We defend our scarlet hulls with the same ferocity a store manage defends their flagship location.

The Red Vow

When you see the Red Caterpillar on your radar, you are seeing a promise kept. You are seeing a 2955-standard of excellence that refuses to be diluted. We are the stewards of your cargo, the guardians of your trust, and the purveyors of a new era.

Charter

The Charter of The Red Freightage & Provision

Article I: The Scarlet Appearance (Uniform Code)

The TRFP brand is built upon visual distinction. Members are the “Front-of-House” for our firm.
  1. The Livery: All primary hauling vessels must bear a red livery. A dirty hull is a sign of a disordered mind; ships must be repaired and cleaned at every station stop.
  2. The Attire: When planetside or aboard a client vessel, members must wear the approved red executive suit or red-accented armour. Casual “scrapper” clothing is strictly prohibited during contract hours.

Article II: The Provisioner’s Conduct (Service Etiquette)

We are a “Service-First” Corporation. Our reputation is our most valuable inventory.
  1. Professional Parlance: Members shall use standards of politeness. Clients are to be addressed as “Sir,” “Ma’am,” or by their rank.
  2. Conflict De-escalation: We are not aggressors. Members must maintain a calm, professional tone in all public comms channels, even when provoked.
  3. The Handover: A delivery is not complete until the client has been formally thanked. The standard sign-off is: “TRFP appreciates your custom. Standard restored.”

Article III: The Inventory Mandate (Operational Discipline)

Drawing our retail heritage, we treat the Caterpillar’s cargo bay as a “Floor.”
  1. Cargo Integrity: Any “Shrinkage” (lost or damaged cargo) must be reported to the managing partner immediately.
  2. Orderly Stowing: Cargo must be stowed with “retail precision” (no haphazard stacking). Grid alignment must be maintained to ensure safety and ease of inspection.
  3. The “Clean Floor” Policy: All ship interiors must be kept free of discarded gowns, bottles, or medical waste. We operate a “Five-Star” environment.

Article IV: The Chain of Command (Retail Hierarchy)

TRFP operates on a strict managerial structure to ensure efficiency and career progression.
  1. Respect the Grade: Associates shall follow the directives of their Floor Supervisors and the Managing Partner without delay.
  2. Reporting Lines: All grievances or “stock discrepancies” must follow the proper reporting chain, mirroring a professional retail environment.

Article V: Asset Protection (Rules of Engagement)

We are provisioners, nor mercenaries, but we protect our “stock.”
  1. Defensive Stance: Weaponry is for “Loss Prevention” only. We do not fire unless fired upon or if a clear threat to the Scarlet Hull is identified.
  2. Zero Contraband: To protect our corporate charter and UEE standing, the transport of illegal “unmanifested” goods is strictly forbidden without express “Black-Label” clearance from the Managing Partner.
