History
Origins — The Three Kappas
Tri Kappa started the way most good things do — over drinks in a dockside bar. Three pilots, each
burned out from flying solo, kept crossing paths on the same routes and covering each other in the
same scrapes. One night they stopped pretending it was a coincidence and shook hands on
something bigger: a crew where nobody flies alone.
A Short History
2947 • FOUNDING
A handshake in the hangar
The three founders pool their ships and aUEC into a single shared hold. The name “Tri Kappa” is
half a joke about their initials and half a promise — three points, one shape, none of them standing
alone.
2948 • FIRST HAULS
Cargo pays the bills
Early trade runs fund the org’s first real fleet. The crew learns fast that a convoy moving together
loses far less to pirates than a lone hauler ever could — the seed of everything that follows.
2949 • THE ESCORT ERA
Guns for the good guys
After one too many ambushes, Tri Kappa stands up a dedicated escort wing. Word spreads that a
Tri Kappa convoy is a hard convoy to rob — and traders start asking to fly under their banner.
2951 • GOING CORPORATE
More than a crew
Mining, salvage, and logistics operations formalize into a proper corporate arm. Shared stockpiles,
member financing, and org-wide projects turn a group of friends into a self-sustaining operation.

Manifesto
We are not just an organization. We are a crew, a company, and a promise kept to each other
every time we undock. These are the principles we fly by — in combat, in commerce, and in everything between.
Our Tenets
I. Nobody Flies Alone
The first rule and the last. Every member matters, every call for backup gets answered, and no
one gets left in the black. Our strength was never our ships — it’s that we show up for each other.
II. We Earn It Together
Prosperity is a team sport. We share routes, split hauls fairly, and lift new members instead of
gatekeeping the good runs. A rising fleet carries every pilot in it.
III. Security Is a Promise, Not a Service
When a Tri Kappa convoy flies, it flies protected. We guard our own and the traders who trust our
banner — not for glory, but because a safe ‘verse is a profitable one.
IV. Trade With Honor
We move cargo, not corners. Fair dealing, kept contracts, and a reputation worth more than any
single score. The name Tri Kappa should mean you can count on us.
V. Build Something Bigger
Mining rigs, salvage fleets, stockpiles, and financing — the quiet work that outlasts any one run.

Charter
This charter defines how Tri Kappa is organized and operated. It exists to keep the org fair,
functional, and fun. Every member, from recruit to founder, agrees to uphold it.
Article I — Mission
Tri Kappa exists to help its members thrive in the ‘verse through coordinated Security, Trading,
and Corporate operations — built on the founding rule that nobody flies alone.
Article II — Membership
Joining
Membership is open to pilots who share our values: teamwork, fair dealing, and a drama-free attitude. New members serve an informal trial period — fly a few ops, meet the crew, confirm the fit. Good StandingStay active where you can, communicate when you can’t, and treat fellow members with respect.
Leaving & Removal
Members may leave at any time, no hard feelings. Doors stay open for returns. Removal is reserved for serious breaches: theft from members, harassment, or repeated bad-faith conduct.Article III — Structure & Ranks
Founders / Directors — set direction, hold final say, and steward org assets.
Division Officers — lead Security, Trading, and Corporate ops; organize activities and mentor members.
Members — the heart of the org; fly ops, contribute, and vote on major community matters.
Recruits — new pilots in their trial period, paired with a member to learn the ropes.
Article IV — Divisions
Security — escorts, patrols, and rapid-response. Protects members, assets, and allied
convoys.
Trading — coordinated cargo runs, market tracking, and shared routes; manages fair profit
splits.
