History

Origin

Trojan Co. was formed in 2947 by Ventz. The privately funded company was launched utilizing the assets provided by Ventz and the small team of passionate spacefarers, driven by their dream to simplify logistics operations, and to make large scale operations manageable and feasible to all.

Development

Since founded Trojan Co. has partaken in several logistics & transportation missions throughout the verse. The companies track record remains clean and of high standards, maintaining a reputation for efficient and professional service in regard to each and every mission embarked upon. Primarily, Trojan Co. operated within high sec UEE space, due to the high risk and cost of each large scale logistical operation. However since the growing need for infrastructure development in low security sectors of space became apparent, the company branched out into undergoing transportation, asset relocation and construction operations in low sec areas of space. Being a logistics company, Trojan Co. usually outsources escort and security services to external organizations, in conjunction with the companies internal security department.

The fleet of Trojan Co. has grown since initial launch, the growing demand for larger scale, and higher risk operations very quickly brought the need for a larger fleet to the attention of the companies executives. One major milestone was the acquisition of a Consolidated Outland Pioneer construction ship, allowing the company to begin providing the means to construct surface facilities to its clients. Overview

Trojan Co. was started with goal of revolutionizing logistics, asset relocation and transportation operations within the verse. We already boast a large fleet, we are particularly proud of our new flagship, a Consolidated Outland Pioneer construction vessel. We are a cargo & logistics company dealing in asset transportation, construction, project management & general cargo.

Our mission

Our talented and passionate team strive to achieve one simple goal, revolutionize the way logistics operations are carried out within the verse, and put an end to the needless loss and waste due to accidents & poor project management. With the help of our fleet, and the talented team who will be crewing our ships, we plan to provide service unlike any other, and ensure our clients can sleep easy knowing their project is being managed without risk of failure.

We take our employees seriously, frequent communication between management and the subdivisions of our company ensure we are always aware of complaints or issues our employees have, we strive to solve any problems raised by our employees quickly and efficiently so that work can continue.
All employees are monitored frequently, and based on our observations everybody is offered a fair and equal chance for progression in our company. Any skills or talents an employee develops will be noticed and put on their record, if we believe an employee is demonstrating significant progress in a certain area, we will immediately conduct an assessment and offer routes for progression to higher positions in our company.

Pricing

Our services are provided on a cost plus pricing system, once our clients project is completed we expect payment for the overall cost of the operation plus a predetermined percentage. We also take our clients seriously, therefor we are always offer fair and justified costs to our services. In the unlikely event that we are responsible for a mishap or setback for a project, all extra costs created will be covered by our insurance policy.
