Picture this, if you will.

A desolate planet, ravaged for centuries by plague, year-long storms, and warring tribes. Survival, a constant struggle. The last remaining city of the Reed Dynasty, which had ruled the planet since records were kept, was kept protected by 100m high walls. Maintenance of the water and atmosphere purification systems was desperately required, but the weather had been so bad that imports and exports were an impossibility for a solid year. Medicine, food and other basic necessities were at critical levels. The core of the planet was pure molten brass, and as such, the main exports were all things brass. 70 million Orchesra, hand finished trumpets, the finest horns in the Galaxy stood ready to export in exchange for critical resupplies. But no one would dare brave the atmospheric conditions.

A relatively unknown courier at the time had heard of their plight. The brave crew of the Vallamagoo stocked their cargo hold with medicines, foods, and all manner of totally legitimate and legal paraphernalia. They soared through the sky, their expert navigational skills and quick thinking keeping themselves, but most importantly, their cargo, safe.
