Charter
Traditional Right Wing Coalition (TRWC) Charter
This charter serves as the foundational framework guiding the structure, conduct, and operations of the Traditional Right Wing Coalition (TRWC).
Article I: Purpose and Vision
The Traditional Right Wing Coalition (TRWC) exists to promote free trade, individual freedom, and collective security within the Star Citizen universe. We are committed to providing our members with opportunities for economic prosperity, independence, and mutual defense.
Article II: Membership
Section 1: Eligibility
Membership is open to any pilot, trader, or freelancer who shares the values of free enterprise, personal responsibility, and collective protection. All members are required to pledge loyalty to the TRWC and its core values.
Section 2: Rights of Members
Freedom to Operate: Members are free to pursue their own trade and freelance missions without direct interference from leadership.
Access to Resources: Members will have access to organizational resources such as shared trade routes, strategic intelligence, and fleet support when needed.
Mutual Defense: All members are entitled to protection and assistance when their assets or missions are threatened.
Section 3: Responsibilities of Members
Uphold TRWC Values: Every member is expected to act in accordance with the Coalition’s principles, protecting our reputation and interests.
Contribute to the Organization: Members are encouraged to contribute to the TRWC’s success, whether through trade, intelligence sharing, or offering support to fellow members.
Respect Fellow Members: A respectful and professional attitude toward all TRWC members is mandatory, ensuring collaboration and mutual success.
Article III: Leadership Structure
Section 1: Council of Elders
The highest governing body of the TRWC is the Council of Elders. This council is composed of experienced and trusted members who have demonstrated leadership and commitment to the organization. The council:
Oversees strategic decisions, including major alliances, trade agreements, and defense initiatives.
Resolves disputes between members.
Appoints officers to manage day-to-day operations.
Section 2: Operational Officers
Operational Officers are appointed by the Council of Elders to manage specific areas of the organization. This includes:
Trade Director: Responsible for managing shared trade routes and organizing large-scale trading operations.
Defense Commander: Manages the security of TRWC operations and leads combat forces when needed.
Freelance Coordinator: Oversees freelance missions and contracts, ensuring fair distribution of opportunities among members.
Section 3: Voting Rights
Major organizational decisions, such as alliances, large-scale trade deals, or military actions, will be voted on by the Council of Elders. In some cases, general members may be invited to participate in advisory votes, depending on the nature of the decision.
Article IV: Code of Conduct

In the event of an attack on TRWC members or assets, all available members are expected to rally in defense of our interests. Coordination with the Defense Commander is mandatory to ensure a strategic response.
Article V: Amendments and Dissolution
Section 1: Amendments
This charter may be amended by a majority vote of the Council of Elders. Proposed amendments must be presented to the council at least one week prior to a vote.
Section 2: Dissolution
In the event that the TRWC must be dissolved, all assets will be divided among active members based on contribution and loyalty to the organization. A final vote of the Council of Elders is required to approve dissolution.
