Your Life, Our Mission is the TSAR motto.

Saving your life any means necessary, That is our mission, Who Dares Wins, and we must dare to go where others fear to tread so that others may live, in TSAR it is a win when we are able to save a life.

History

First starting out in ‘The Corporation’ a large corporate organization that was set on multiple different facets in the universe, as a simple medical unit of the organization, evolving soon into a combat medical unit as ‘Combat Search and Rescue’ under the leadership of ‘The Corporation.’ The group grew in members and worked well with ‘The Corporation.’ Then in 2945, Vega II was attacked by the Vanduul. The ‘Combat Search and Rescue’ operators wished to assist as much as possible and offer aid where they could even more outside of the typical search and rescue roles. From here a group led by Bo ‘Apportioner’ Granger parted ways under good terms with ‘The Corporation.’

Tactical Search and Rescue (TSAR) was officially founded in 2945 by Bo ‘Apportioner’ Granger a UEE military veteran and had 32 years of experience in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Search and Rescue (SAR), as well as training and educating new operators and medical providers. Bo set up TSAR with a vision providing an all encompassing EMS, SAR operations and humanitarian aid, that would be provided free to any civilian or citizen regardless of their standing or allegiances. He would grow it to include specialized operators for High Threat Response EMS/SAR situations where operators would be entering dangerous situations to rescue hostages and/or provide needed medical assistance. As well as provide small security and medical details for VIP’s or officials, mobile repair and towing services for lost or stranded ships.

Unfortunately in 2948 TSAR lost its founder and commanding officer Bo ‘Apportioner’ Granger due to illness and medical complications. Bo was laid to rest back on Earth in his home state of Florida, with full military honors and ceremonies held by TSAR operators.

Bo ‘Apportioner’ Granger – End of Watch: 2948 – Rest in Peace, We will take it from here.

With the loss of its founding leader, TSAR fell into a slump for two years as things were reorganized and new leadership stepped up. In 2950 Mal Caindenite assumed the post of commanding officer and works to continue Tactical Search and Rescue in the vision of its past leader and pushing TSAR into the future to help all the civilians, citizens and visitors of the UEE.

Manifesto

Tactical Search And Rescue (TSAR) mission statement:
“The mission of T.S.A.R. is to demonstrate expertise in search and rescue tactics to access and treat victims in distress. It is the objective of TSAR Operators to access, provide advanced life support, and successfully evacuate victims from dangerous and/or hazardous situations. TSAR operations shall be provided with compassion and an extreme focus on operational detail and successful completion.”

TSAR is a P.M.O. (Private Military Organization). As a TSAR member, you will be expected to contribute a portion of your game time for TSAR operations. When the TSAR team is not on duty or directly involved in an operation, they will spend their time training and working cooperatively at financial ventures… TSAR members are expected to train and perfect their individual and team skill sets. Though TSAR usually operates as a team, there is a clear chain of command.

TSAR Operations are followed by debriefing and after-action review sessions. The TSAR team members are earnest about their roles in the Star Citizen game, TSAR, commitment to fellow members, and, most of all, the victims they serve.
