We at Tanta Tenebris Exploratio feel that the opportunities in our various Solar Systems are so many that we CHOOSE not to limit ourselves.

It is our intention to find the greatest minds and put these minds together towards a set of common goals.

Explore all our systems have to offer.
Gather and Share information.
Find alliances amongst citizens spread wide and far.
Grow wealth for each individual associated with the Corporation.

In the Future when the UEE allows this. We will grow Corporation wealth, we WILL own Corporation lands for all to mine, explore and take shelter at. We will own a Fleet available to all who dare explore.

These rules and views are of the corporation and are deemed the basic conduct expectation set out beforehand.

MEMBERSHIP AND RANKING

We welcome all from all over the many Systems. Please feel free to request to join. We will have the original 8 founding members as Boardmembers and from there work to rank members in terms of involvement etc. This will change over time as the Corporation grows.
We do not intend to place too many restrictions, but rather some basic views and ideas to keep things running smoothly.

LEGALITY OF ACTIVITIES

‘‘We are not pirates, but History has proven that some laws stand in the way of progress’‘. We felt it necessary to expressly mention that we will strive to abide by Laws set out by the UEE. However when the need arises we will take no action towards members who have gone beyond the bounds of the law for profit, exploration or Honor.

Edit 1: 1/10/2952 As Theodore Roosevelt once said, ‘‘Speak softly and Carry a Big stick..’‘ TTX feels that members should try and assist other members in need. We don’t encourage violence for no good reason, but feel free to ask other Members for assistance when a show of Force is necessary.

Divisional Organizations

TTX as Corporation has decided to allow for individual members to open an Org as a Division of TTX. These rights will be sold to individuals with express prior approval from our CEO.
This will allow for the Divisional Org’s to be run and administrated by those individuals. Who can then have a different goal, intentions and focus.
Allowing for fleets, for separate activities etc. this will profit and benefit both the Corporation and the division. Until Corporate bank accounts are approved by the UEE there will be no mandatory monthly fee from these Divisions of aUEC. However aUEC donations are welcome.

HOWEVER, for us to limit these to a select few and to keep to Viable Divisions we will ask that individuals doing this make contact with us on email. there will be a small RSI Store Dollar amount to purchase these rights. Please email TTenebrisX@gmail.com for more info.

USE OF CORPORATION NAME AND BRANDING

If you have joined our Corporation, you are one of us.. Please feel free to use the TTX name in Spectrum on Facebook and in in-flight chat. Publicity is always welcome…
We do however ask that the Logos and Branding not be used by members on other organization without expressly discussing it with the founding members.
