Partnership

We at T&T PanGalactic believe in the effects of a partnership based hierarchy. We do not have steep hierarchies and complicated processing chains. Instead, we offer every worthy citizen who has earned their respect by working with us the promotion to a certified partner status making them a permanent, independent actor in our name. Having fun while gaming, and above all proving that you are a honorable fellow will advance you to Senior Partnership and beyond. We are looking for talent and for engagement, but most of all, for the enthusiasm that only a gamer who identifies with their friends and is proud to advance our common goals by his own initiative can deliver. In other words, if you would want to think BIG in a friendly, close community, do not hesitate and give us a call – we will be happy to be right there for you.

Discretion

You can contact us and hire us under complete discretion on our part by default. Highest bidder will gain our affiliation, but only as long as the credits keep rolling. We can work without discretion, if so desired by the employer.

Customer satisfaction

If we fail to satisfy our customers, we would be quickly out of business. This is why we offer exclusive services such as strategic combat planning software (T&T Strategic Holomap) and flexibility to use any existing organisation infrastructure provided by the employer seamlessly.

Professionalism

We will dedicate untold hours to this game, we will strive to master every aspect of small scale skirmish, and also study the larger scale battle scenarios in the case we are hired to buff up an existing armada. Reliability, trust and efficiency are our trademarks.

Intentions

Show no mercy, no pity for the foe

We cannot be bribed, sympathised or reasoned with. Our only employer is credits, and once we are paid, we will not deviate from our objective no matter the cost.

Ride the Lightning

Speed and stealth are our methods, you will not know what struck you before it is too late. We also provide fast response times with our fleet mostly consisting of high-end personal craft such as Origin Jumpworks 350R and Anvil Aerospace F7C-M Super Hornet.

For humanity

We will be on the side of United Empire of Earth in all conflicts. Aliens can be tolerated to a degree, defined by the Corporation board and United Empire of Earth policies.

Neutrality

We prefer not to affiliate ourselves permanently with any other organisation, any action taken upon us under contract will not incur any grudges or ill will. We wish that our temporary opponents would understand this as well.

Motives

Exceeding expectations

We aim to be more than the sum of our parts, to be the finest among small scale organisations. And we strive to get good relations with some of the bigger organisations out there. Success motivates us to go beyond our limitations.

Community

The members of this group have known each other in various games for over two years, the camaraderie enables frictionless teamwork and also motivates us to perfect our execution.

The ‘Verse

The pure wonder of the scale, detail and immersion in this game dazzles us. Hats off Chris and rest of the team. We want to be a part of the living universe and forge our own legacies.

Beliefs

We believe in rationality and logic. Current religions or Gods are not rational nor logical in their existence and/or actions. This leads to the following seven tenets.

1. Life is directed motion.
2. There is no good and evil, only action and inaction.
3. Sentience is the ability to learn the value of knowledge.
4. Intellect is the understanding of knowledge.
5. Sentience is the basest form of Intellect.
6. Understanding is the True Path to Comprehension.
7. Comprehension is the key to all things.

T&T Strategic Holomap

Software designed, developed and produced by us, for you! We provide this software without cost to our business partners, also providing updates and possibly nightly builds. Initial development will be closed-source, but eventually we will open the source for everyone.¹ Although some software plugins may have an exclusive period for partners before being released for the public, to keep our partners one step ahead.

Definitions

1. The Corporation refers for all intents and purposes to T&T PanGalactic Corporation (TTPANGAL) of the United Empire of Earth
2. A member is a person in service of the Corporation who are bound by this charter.
3. Piracy is the act of projecting armed force against an innocent vessel in the space claimed by the United Empire of Earth.
4. An Alien is a member or a race of the species not belonging to the human genus of “Homo”.
5. Exclusivity in the context of this organisation means that true members of the T&T PanGalactic Corporation cannot be a part of another organisation that could have a conflict of interest with T&T PanGalactic Corporation, affiliations with organisations such as trade unions, owners clubs and other social and belief based organisation affiliations are allowed as long as they are visible and not redacted.

1.0 — General Agreements

I: The Corporation is actively marketing and selling its services to other organisations as elaborated below.

II: The Corporation reserves the right to choose not to affiliate itself with any corporate, military, religious or political organisation. All business deals are of temporary nature unless otherwise specified.

III: The Corporation reserves the right to choose its assignments.

IV: The Corporation does not allow to associate itself with individuals or organisations that are lax of the mind.

V: The Corporation does not allow an act of piracy to be committed upon one of its ships, or any innocent bystander without retaliation.

2.0 — Research and Development of Corporate technology

I: Developed by Thalanor Metagaming and Tietun SystemWorks, additional credits given when due.

II: The development goal is to provide more successful partnerships for the Corporation.

2.1 — Sharing and Distribution of Corporate technology

I: Long-term partners of the Corporation are allowed to access the T&T PanGalactic Holomap technology suite without additional cost.

II: The beforementioned partners are not allowed to redistribute this technology, for the software is intended to be of limited quantity and access and provide further successful partnerships with the Corporation.

III: All users rights are elaborated in the COPYING.txt (packaged with the software) that includes a license for using the software solution.

3.0 — Business with other organisations

3.1 — Business with individuals

4.0 — Rights and duties of a member

I: Every member has a vote in the affairs of moment; has equal title to the provisions, or comparable consumables, at any time seized, and may use them at pleasure, unless a scarcity makes it necessary, for the good of all, to vote a retrenchment by a popular vote.

II: Every member will receive one share of the prize and the common stock shall receive two shares. The ships running costs and the maintenance of weapons will be first substracted from the prize before splitting it to shares for anyone serving in a multi-crew ship.

III: Every member will be called fairly in turn, by list, on board of prizes, because (over and above their proper share), they are allowed a shift of gear and apparel. Any gifts specified as such are secondary in priority to usual mission shares in cases of mission shortage. But if they defraud the Company to the value of even one credit, they shall be marooned. If any member to rob another, he/she shall be marooned.

IV: A crew member who shall become a cripple or lose a limb in the service shall have 5000 UEE credits from the common stock and for lesser injuries proportionately.

V: Each member shall keep their ships, piece and effects at all times clean and ready for action.

VI: The Corporation will choose officers and entrust a certain duty to them. Should they fail or defraud the Corporation in their given tasks, the Corporation as one will decide a fitting punishment proportional to the infraction committed.

VII: The one that deserts a corporate ship or his/her quarters in a time battle without express order to abandon ship shall be punished with marooning.

VIII: No person to commit an act of piracy while in service under the punishment of marooning.

IX: The members agree to the terms of exclusivity as defined in the “definitions” section above.
