History

Founded during the continued expansion of Humanity beyond the Core Systems, the Terran Resource Consortium (TRC) emerged from a growing demand for reliable civilian industrial infrastructure capable of supporting both established trade networks and the developing frontier. Originally formed as a coalition of independent operators, logistics specialists, and industrial contractors aligned by common interest, TRC was established to provide large-scale resource acquisition, recovery, transport, and sustainment operations across UEE space.

As commercial expansion accelerated and reliance on interstellar supply chains increased, TRC expanded beyond traditional mining and cargo operations into a fully integrated industrial network. Salvage and reclamation divisions were established to recover valuable materials from abandoned infrastructure, disaster zones, and post-conflict wreckage, while dedicated fuel and logistics operations ensured that remote settlements, trade routes, and industrial fleets remained supplied and operational.

With Terra rising as a central hub of commerce, trade, and industrial development, TRC positioned itself within the growing economic framework shaping Humanity’s future. Operating across both secure and frontier systems, the Consortium maintains a practical and disciplined operational philosophy centered on efficiency, reliability, and long-term infrastructure support.

Today, the Terran Resource Consortium continues to support industrial expansion through coordinated mining, salvage, logistics, transport, and infrastructure development operations. Whether recovering critical resources, sustaining remote operations, or supporting the movement of materials across Human space, TRC remains committed to ensuring that industry continues to move forward wherever opportunity demands it.

Manifesto

The Terran Resource Consortium operates on the belief that stable industry and reliable logistics form the foundation of continued Human expansion. In an era increasingly defined by frontier development, interstellar commerce, and growing reliance on civilian infrastructure, TRC exists to ensure that critical resources, materials, fuel, and industrial support remain available wherever they are required.

TRC maintains a practical and disciplined operational philosophy built around efficiency, coordination, and long-term sustainability. The Consortium supports lawful commerce, industrial development, and recovery operations across both established and frontier systems, with a focus on maintaining dependable logistical and resource networks capable of supporting both civilian and contracted operations.

The Consortium recognizes that the future of Human space will not be built through military strength alone, but through the continued movement of materials, infrastructure, and industry between systems. Whether through resource acquisition, salvage and reclamation, fuel distribution, transport logistics, or infrastructure development, TRC remains committed to supporting expansion, recovery, and economic stability across the growing frontier.

While politically neutral in its operations, TRC strongly values cooperation, professionalism, and operational discipline among its personnel. Consortium members are expected to conduct themselves with reliability, accountability, and respect for the industrial and logistical responsibilities entrusted to them.

Charter

All members of the Terran Resource Consortium are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism, maturity, and respect toward fellow members, allies, clients, and the broader Star Citizen community.

TRC operates as a civilian industrial organization. Cooperation, coordination, and operational discipline are expected during all Consortium activities and operations.

Harassment, discrimination, excessive toxicity, or intentionally disruptive behavior will not be tolerated within Consortium operations, communications, or community spaces.

Members are expected to follow the direction of designated Team Leads, Supervisors, Managers, and Directors during organized operations to ensure efficiency and operational safety.

Theft, intentional sabotage, griefing, or actions that knowingly place Consortium personnel, ships, cargo, or contracts at unnecessary risk are prohibited.

While TRC may operate within hazardous or contested regions when required, the Consortium does not support piracy, unlawful aggression, or conduct intended solely to disrupt the operations of others.

Members are encouraged to support fellow personnel whenever possible through teamwork, information sharing, logistical support, and professional conduct.

Operational security, internal communications, and organizational information are expected to remain within the Consortium unless authorized otherwise by leadership.

Real life responsibilities take priority. TRC values long-term community building and understands that availability may vary between members.
