The UEE Marshals Service acts under the direction of the High Advocacy branch as an agency for fugitive operations.
The agency was formed by the Advocacy Act of 2798 as a result of the actions of Advocacy officials during the fascist Messer era, that are still unknown; the Act specifically determined that the UEE Marshals Service’s primary function was to execute all lawful precepts issued to him and under the authority of the UEE High Advocate branch.
Therefore it appropriately defined marshals as officers of the courts charged with assisting the courts in their law enforcement functions.
The UEE Marshals Service was to be formed from a select group of individuals with the highest regards of Integrity and Justice.
The High Advocate himself performed the selection of the first group of individuals from the Advocacy ranks, that will later conform the UEE Marshals “first class of 2799”.
The UEE Marshals are also responsible for the protection of officers of the court, court buildings and the effective operation of the judiciary. The service also assists with court security, prisoner transport, and serves arrest warrants.MORE TO FOLLOW…
