The United Empire of Earth (UEE) Military Police (MP) is the branch of the UEE military responsible for law enforcement, security operations, and the maintenance of order within military jurisdictions.
History
Founded in SEY 2380 alongside the UEE Navy and Army during the establishment of the United Nations of Earth (UNE), the United Empire of Earth Military Police (UEEMP) has stood as the guardian of order, discipline, and internal stability for centuries. What began as a compact security contingent assigned to early colonial outposts has evolved into one of the Empire’s most integral military institutions.
Throughout humanity’s expansion, the UEEMP served as the watchful force behind frontier settlements, ensuring safety and structure where law had yet to take root. During the turmoil of the Messer Era, the UEEMP faced some of its greatest tests: its officers were forced to choose between corrupt leadership and their sworn duty to the people. Many chose the latter, cementing the organization’s reputation as a stabilizing force even in the darkest times.
While the Navy commands the void, the Army secures the ground, and the Marines strike at the heart of external threats, the UEEMP protects the foundation that binds them: discipline, trust, and internal unity. Whether operating in the corridors of a remote garrison or within the halls of power on Terra, the mission remains unchanged—shield the Empire from threats that emerge from within.
Today, the UEEMP functions with advanced security networks, specialized investigative branches, and a presence felt across every UEE system. Its legacy is one of vigilance, resilience, and an unwavering promise to uphold order—no matter the cost.

Charter
The Charter of the United Empire of Earth Military Police (UEEMP) outlines the responsibilities, structure, and guiding principles that define every member and every operation of the organization. This code has served as the backbone of UEEMP doctrine since its inception.
§1 – Mission
The UEEMP is tasked with maintaining order, enforcing law, and securing all military facilities, fleets, and installations of the UEE. Responsibilities include:
internal investigations
protection of military infrastructure
safeguarding high-ranking officials
countering internal and systemic subversive threats
coordinated support for Navy, Army, and Marine operations with security relevance
§2 – Jurisdiction
The UEEMP operates with full authority within all military zones across UEE space.
In civilian territories, jurisdiction is shared in coordination with the Advocacy and local security forces.
§3 – Structure
The organization is divided into:
Operations Command – tactical deployment and field operations
Investigation Bureau – intelligence, surveillance, internal analysis
Security Division – protection, enforcement, detainment
Logistics & Coordination – resource control, network integration
High Custodial Office, led by the Legatus Custodia
§4 – Code of Conduct
All UEEMP personnel swear to:
unwavering duty and professionalism
neutral and lawful execution of authority
respectful treatment of all UEE personnel and civilians
absolute confidentiality regarding investigative matters
acting in the interest of imperial stability at all times
