UEE Trauma Response Division (TRD) is a specialized medical and emergency recovery unit operating across UEE space. Focused on combat casualty care, rapid extraction, and field stabilization, TRD supports ground, ship, and orbital operations in high-risk environments.

History

The UEE Trauma Response Division was established in response to the increasing scale of civilian and military casualties across frontier systems. As expansion into lawless and high-risk territories accelerated, conventional medical services proved insufficient under combat conditions.

Formed under UEE directive, TRD was designed as a rapid-deployment medical and emergency extraction unit capable of operating in active warzones, deep-space incidents, and planetary disasters. From orbital conflicts to bunker engagements, TRD units have become a critical lifeline in preserving UEE personnel and civilian survival across the verse.

Manifesto

We exist where survival is uncertain and time is measured in seconds. The UEE Trauma Response Division is committed to preserving life above all operational outcomes.

We do not discriminate between soldier or civilian, ally or stranger—only between the living and the lost. In the void of space and the chaos of ground conflict, we are the boundary between collapse and recovery.

Our purpose is not war. Our purpose is what remains after it.

Charter

SERVICE AGREEMENT & OPERATING TERMS

By requesting aid from TRD, you (the “Caller”) acknowledge and accept the following operational terms governing all response actions.

SERVICE OVERVIEW

UEE Trauma Response Division is a rapid-response medical organization specializing in emergency stabilization, combat-zone recovery, and extraction. Deployment is conducted at the discretion of TRD Command and is dependent on availability, conditions, and operational risk.

Activation of TRD services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

OPERATIONAL LIMITATIONS

TRD operates within a dynamic and unstable environment. As such:

Response availability is not guaranteed at all times
Delays or cancellations may occur without notice
Severe system instability, desync, or mission-breaking conditions may halt operations entirely
TRD operates exclusively within active deployment zones of the Persistent Universe

TRD is not responsible for failures caused by technical limitations of the environment.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

All Callers are expected to:

Maintain communication with Dispatch when able
Provide accurate location and situational details
Follow instructions issued by TRD personnel during active response
Avoid actions that endanger responders or disrupt extraction

Failure to comply may result in mission termination.

RESPONSE AUTHORITY

TRD reserves full authority to decline, delay, or abort any mission based on operational judgment. This includes, but is not limited to:

High-threat zones with excessive hostile presence
Locations deemed inaccessible or non-functional
Situations suspected to be deceptive or malicious in nature
Active combat scenarios beyond recoverable limits

TRD will not commit personnel where survival probability is critically compromised without strategic value.

ENGAGEMENT POLICY

TRD is a medical-focused unit, but operates in contested environments.

Personnel are authorized to:

Defend themselves and their patients
Secure extraction routes
Use necessary force to complete recovery operations

TRD does not initiate combat without cause. All force is applied in service of preservation and extraction.

PROHIBITED CONDUCT

The following actions will result in immediate denial of service and potential permanent exclusion:

Hostile engagement against TRD units
False distress calls intended to bait or ambush
Interference with active medical operations
Repeated abuse of emergency services

TRD maintains a zero-tolerance stance on threats to its personnel.

LIABILITY STATEMENT

TRD operates under a best-effort doctrine. All services are rendered without guarantee of success.

TRD assumes no responsibility for:

Loss of equipment, cargo, or assets
Mission failure or interruption
Injury or incapacitation during or after response

Engaging TRD services acknowledges acceptance of these risks.

TERMS REVISION

These terms may be updated or revised at any time to reflect operational changes. Continued use of TRD services implies acceptance of the current agreement.
