History Manifesto Charter

History

Formed from a few, struggling individuals looking to improve their station, Universal Exports grew to become a small but tightly bound group. Fierce and loyal allies and friends continued to join them as they set off across the stars. They grew industries and fought battles far from home. Defended those in need, and sought to carve out their own place in the universe. The members of UEX are bonded closely and put each other and the group before their own fortune and glory, which has resulted in prosperity and success for the group as a whole. Today, UEX operates across several industries and always looks to expand.

Charter

Universal Exports is run by a small council of founding members. Each member will have an equal vote. The council shall have the ability to proceed in the absence of a minority of its members. Council members shall consist of:
  • Conrad Traydor
  • Larkaan
  • Seif
  • Brlink
  • Palagrim

All other members can petition and voice their thoughts of current UEX goal via contact with a council member or before the collective council. Anonymity may be granted at member’s request.

While personal profit will not be impeded by the group, it is expected that the prosperity of UEX and the defense of fellow members shall be paramount in the actions of each member. It shall also be expected that each member shall participate as much as possible in the actions of important UEX business operations/contracts.

In the event of a member’s demise, it is allowable that the member be able to pass on his/her membership with UEX to an inheritor of his/her choosing, with only a unanimous vote of the Council being able to block the newly inherited membership.

Any member may recruit for UEX, but new recruits must first pass an introductory exam and trial period followed by a vote of the Council. Primary amongst the qualities for new members shall be the ability for UEX to rely on the new member for cooperation both in business and combat.

Issues between members must be put before the Council should negotiations between the individuals fail. This presentation of grievances must be made to the Council before any violent or subversive actions be taken. Should any member(s) violate this rule, their membership status shall be placed before the Council for review.
