Wir bei Sky Blue glauben, dass die größten Erfolge im ‘Verse nicht durch zielloses Chaos entstehen, sondern durch Köpfchen, Logistik und ein Team, das an einem Strang zieht.

Wer zu uns passt

Wir suchen keine Söldner für das nächste Gemetzel, sondern Mitstreiter für den Aufbau von etwas Nachhaltigem. Egal, ob du ein alter Hase bist oder das Spiel genießt, ohne dich in der Statistik zu verlieren: Wenn du reif, teamorientiert und bereit für koordinierte Abläufe bist, bist du bei uns richtig.

• Fokus auf Industrie & Logistik: Wenn du Spaß daran hast, Prozesse zu optimieren und Handelsrouten zu planen, wirst du dich bei uns wohlfühlen.
• International willkommen, Deutsch als Basis: Wir sind offen für Mitglieder aus aller Welt. Da unsere Hauptsprache für den internen Austausch jedoch Deutsch ist, solltest du dich in dieser Sprache verständigen können, damit unsere Abläufe reibungslos funktionieren.
• Keine chaotischen Einzelgänger: Reines PvP-Geplänkel oder ständiges Chaos sind nicht unser Ziel. Wir planen, wir bauen, wir liefern.

Mehr als nur ein Hangar

Wir sind ehrlich: Wir lieben Star Citizen, aber wir sind auch Realisten. Wenn mal wieder ein Patch auf sich warten lässt oder wir einfach Lust auf einen Tapetenwechsel haben, findet man uns auch in anderen Spielen.

Für uns ist Sky Blue nicht nur eine Orga, sondern eine Gemeinschaft. Wenn wir uns gut verstehen, zocken wir eben zusammen, egal in welchem Universum wir gerade unterwegs sind.

Mitgliedschaft & Struktur

Damit bei all dem Spaß die Professionalität nicht auf der Strecke bleibt, haben wir klare Spielregeln:

• Struktur: Sky Blue ist unsere Hauptorganisation. Affiliates sind unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen willkommen, haben aber (um unsere interne Linie zu wahren) kein Mitspracherecht.
• Probezeit: Neue Mitglieder durchlaufen eine strukturierte Kennenlernphase. Keine Sorge, es wird ganz entspannt – wir wollen einfach nur sicherstellen, dass die Chemie zwischen uns stimmt. Engagement und Teamgeist sind uns wichtiger als der perfekte Pilotenschein.

Komm an Bord

Wir suchen Leute, die langfristig denken, respektvoll miteinander umgehen und wissen, dass man im Team einfach mehr erreicht – sei es bei einem Handelsauftrag im Stanton-System oder beim gemeinsamen Feierabend-Zocken in einem anderen Spiel.

We aren’t looking for mercenaries for the next mindless skirmish, but rather comrades-in-arms for building something sustainable. Whether you’re a veteran or a casual player who isn’t obsessed with stats: If you are mature, team-oriented, and ready for coordinated operations, you’re in the right place.

• Focus on Industry & Logistics: If you enjoy optimizing processes and planning trade routes, you’ll feel right at home with us.
• International members welcome (German as primary language): We are open to members from all over the world. However, as our primary language for internal communication is German, you should be able to communicate in German to keep our operations running smoothly.
• No chaotic lone wolves: Pure PvP skirmishes or constant chaos aren’t our goal. We plan, we build, we deliver.

More than just a Hangar

Let’s be honest: We love Star Citizen, but we’re realists, too. When a patch is delayed or we just feel like a change of scenery, you can find us playing other games.

For us, Sky Blue isn’t just an Org; it’s a community. If we get along well, we’ll play together – no matter which universe we happen to be in at the moment.

Membership & Structure

To ensure that professionalism doesn’t get lost in all the fun, we have clear ground rules:

• Structure: Sky Blue is our primary organization. Affiliates are welcome under certain conditions but (to maintain our internal focus) do not have voting rights.
• Trial Period: New members go through a structured orientation period. Don’t worry, everything is relaxed – we just want to make sure the chemistry is right. Engagement and team spirit are more important to us than a perfect flight license.

We’re looking for people who think long-term, treat others with respect, and understand that you accomplish more as a team – whether it’s a trade mission in the Stanton system or playing together in the evening in another game.

Herzlich willkommen bei Sky Blue. Diese Charter bildet das Fundament unseres Zusammenlebens. Mit dem Beitritt erkennst du diese Regeln als verbindlich an.

Unser Kodex & Werte

• Anstand & Umgang: Bei schwerem Fehlverhalten (z. B. Extremismus, Belästigung oder Griefing) behält sich die Organisationsleitung einen Ausschluss vor. Jeder Fall wird individuell geprüft.

• Konfliktkultur: Interne Konflikte werden sachlich und respektvoll geklärt. Bei Eskalation schreitet die Organisationsleitung ein.

• Diskretion: Interne Informationen bleiben innerhalb der Organisation. Bei Verstößen kann der Zugriff auf interne Kanäle eingeschränkt werden.

• Unser Kodex: Wir agieren grundsätzlich gesetzestreu. Aktivitäten in der Grauzone sind nur unter klar definierten Bedingungen erlaubt. Griefing und destruktive Piraterie werden sanktioniert.

Mitgliedschaft & Struktur

• Mitgliedschaft: Sky Blue ist als Hauptorganisation vorgesehen. Affiliates sind unter definierten Auflagen möglich, besitzen jedoch kein Mitspracherecht.

• Probezeit: Neue Mitglieder durchlaufen eine Probezeit von bis zu 12 Wochen (flexibel anpassbar). Rekruten haben in dieser Phase eingeschränkte Rechte.

• Ränge & Verantwortung: Mitglieder, die zusätzliche Aufgaben übernehmen möchten, können durch die Leitung zu Offizieren ernannt werden.

• Organisationsleitung: Die strategische Ausrichtung wird durch die Organisationsleitung (Dividella, Kvendlar, LordvollderMord und Plasmabug) vorgegeben – stets im Dialog mit den Mitgliedern.

Spielbetrieb & Kommunikation

• Kommunikation: Unsere Hauptsprache ist Deutsch. Anderssprachige Mitglieder sollten dies vor einem Beitritt berücksichtigen.

• Präsenz: Discord und Spectrum sind unsere zentralen Kommunikationsplattformen. Eine regelmäßige Präsenz dort wird bei aktiver Spielteilnahme erwartet.

• Real Life First: Das echte Leben geht vor. Bei längerer Abwesenheit bitten wir um eine kurze Abmeldung. Unangekündigtes Fernbleiben führt aus Sicherheitsgründen zum Status „Lost in Space“.

• Beteiligung & Finanzierung: Spaß und Engagement stehen im Vordergrund. Die Unterhaltung unserer Strukturen basiert auf einem solidarischen Finanzierungssystem.

Welcome to Sky Blue. This charter forms the foundation of our community. By joining, you accept these rules as binding.

Our Code & Values

• Decency & Conduct: In cases of severe misconduct (e.g., extremism, harassment, or griefing), the organization leadership reserves the right to remove members. Each case is reviewed individually.

• Conflict Resolution: Internal conflicts are to be resolved objectively and respectfully. In case of escalation, the leadership will intervene.

• Discretion: Internal information is to remain within the organization. Violations may result in restricted access to internal channels.

• Our Code: We generally act in accordance with the law. Activities in the “gray zone” are permitted only under clearly defined conditions. Griefing and destructive piracy will be sanctioned.

Membership & Structure

• Membership: Sky Blue is intended as the primary organization. Affiliates are possible under defined conditions but do not have voting rights.

• Probationary Period: New members undergo a probationary period of up to 12 weeks (flexible). Recruits have limited rights during this phase.

• Ranks & Responsibility: Members who wish to take on additional tasks can be appointed as officers by the leadership.

• Organization Leadership: The strategic direction is determined by the leadership (Dividella, Kvendlar, LordvollderMord, and Plasmabug) – always in dialogue with the members.

Gameplay & Communication

• Communication: Our primary language is German. Non-German speakers should consider this before applying.

• Presence: Discord and Spectrum are our central communication platforms. Regular presence is expected for active participation.

• Real Life First: Real life comes first. We ask for a brief notification in case of extended absence. Unannounced absence may lead to “Lost in Space” status for security reasons.

• Participation & Funding: Fun and engagement are our priorities. The maintenance of our structures is based on a collective funding system.
