Welcome to United Express, the Limited Liability Corporation formed by the crew of the Freelancer Class freighter Penny Dreadful. We are currently looking for crew members so if you’re interested in becoming a member of our ragtag crew feel free to fill out an application.
History
United Express is a Corporation in the loosest sense of the word. Consisting of only one 2945 Freelancer (Registered as the “Penny Dreadful”) and its accompanying assets, United Express is a very small minnow in the large ocean of megacorporations that is the ‘Verse.
That’s fine though, as United Express wasn’t created to compete with the big boys, it was created to protect the crew of the Penny Dreadful from lawsuits from irate clients. Incorporated in 2947, United Express LLC exists as barely anything more than a shield to protect the flimsy bank accounts of its members.
Manifesto
United Express is a small org intended to focus on two things: the Multicrew aspects of Star Citizen and the development of a ongoing web series chronicling the (mis)adventures of the Org members.
We feel that the Immersive nature of Star Citizen lends itself to an unscripted but “In character” experience for all its players and we want to showcase that with a group of like minded, enthusiastic and talented players, using a fully crewed Freelancer as the framing device.
Using video and audio capture plus editing we hope to create an engaging viewing experience for those both new to Star Citizen and veterans, exploring both the game itself and (hopefully) entertaining people at the same time.
We are currently looking for players who are interested in being part of a closely knit Org focusing on a single ship as well as taking part in the audio/visual project.
