UNSA Code of Conduct
For the protection of all, and the future of the Stanton System.

As a member of the United Stanton Alliance (UNSA), you are part of something greater than yourself. To ensure the safety, unity, and prosperity of our people, and to uphold the values that define our mission, we ask all members to adhere to the following principles:

1. Uphold the UNSA’s Core Values:
Security First: Always prioritize the safety of your fellow UNSA members and the integrity of the Stanton system. Defend peace, protect those in need, and stand against chaos, piracy, and lawlessness.
Unity and Prosperity: Support your fellow citizens and work to strengthen the bonds of commerce and community. Contribute to the collective good through your actions, whether in transport, security, or trade.
Integrity and Honor: Conduct yourself with honesty and respect. Our reputation is built on trust, and our strength lies in the unity of our people.

2. Protect and Serve:
Defend the Weak: Protect both UNSA and non-UNSA members alike, especially novice players, who are just beginning their journey in the galaxy. Offer help, guidance, and support to those in need.
Defend the Stars: Whether in space combat or protecting convoys, always act as the first line of defense against pirates, mercenaries, or anyone threatening peace.
Respect Boundaries: Always honor the sovereignty of all factions and players unless in defense of the UNSA or the greater good. We do not initiate unnecessary conflict.

3. Mentorship and Community Support:
Help Novices: Take the time to mentor and guide new players. Show them the ropes, share your knowledge, and make their journey safer and more enjoyable. Remember, every great commander was once a novice.
Teach and Learn: Share your skills in combat, navigation, and trade. Help new recruits understand the role they can play in the UNSA, be it as a protector, a transporter, or a resource specialist.
Promote Teamwork: The strength of the UNSA lies in collaboration. Always work together with fellow members to complete missions, protect convoys, and maintain the flow of trade. No one fights alone.

4. Maintain Professionalism and Discipline:
Respect the Chain of Command: Honor the structure of the UNSA. Follow orders from higher-ranking officers, but also voice concerns respectfully if necessary.
Stay Committed: Whether you’re on a combat mission or transporting goods, carry out your duties with dedication and precision. Your actions affect the safety and prosperity of the entire system.
No Griefing: Always play with fairness and respect. Griefing, harassment, or sabotaging fellow players undermines the integrity of the UNSA and its mission. Those who disrupt the peace or sabotage the community will face disciplinary action.

5. Promote Responsible Use of Resources:
Responsible Commerce: Trade goods and resources with integrity. Avoid engaging in illegal activities like smuggling or exploitation that might harm the reputation or economy of the UNSA.
Protect Assets: The ships, equipment, and resources of the UNSA belong to the people. Maintain and care for them as if they were your own, and never waste UNSA assets on frivolous pursuits.
Resource Sharing: Share resources and supplies with fellow members, especially those in need. A unified UNSA is a strong UNSA.

6. Represent the UNSA with Pride:

Consequences of Violating the Code:
