ArcCorp was occupied and claimed by the United Empire of Earth in the 29th century, along with the rest of the Stanton System from the existing inhabitants.

In 2865 it was sold to the company. Unlike other corporate planets, ArcCorp decided to partition off the planet into smaller lots rather than reserve it for future development. Other companies, always non-competitors sprung up rapidly around the globe at a speed never before seen until the orb reached its current state. That’s all they tell you about the moment the United Empire of Earth and what followed destroyed billions of people’s lives, their wills to live, hope was lost. Many people lost their lives when the corporations stepped in and took the land by force. Rivers ran red, concrete was stained, and people were forced to bury the dead in mass graves to prevent the spread of disease. In 2866, small group of displaced denizens decided enough was enough, and banded together and created a small first responders group that did everything in their power to rescue as many people as possible. Everyone involved were able to not only patch up gunshot wounds, set broken bones, and stave off infection, but also were able to get just north of 1 million people off of ArcCorp and safely away from the bloodshed caused by the elites. What first started as an emergency response to a massacre, ended up becoming one of the most prolific Medevac service providers to date.

As the years passed, the need for growth got more and more intense. UOTF wanted to do more, but simply couldn’t with what resources it had access to. The once miniscule Coalition was then a growing faction dedicated to the betterment of humanity, and yearned to help as many people as it possibly could. There were several plans that the first UOTF operations manager, Karl Lewis had in order to accomplish the absolute most he felt the first responders possibly could without sacrificing it’s men, or it’s supplies.

Karl Lewis had implored a highly classified sect of UOTF Physicians that were working on an extremely unstable and addictive compound he coined Panacea MedGel. When injected, the MedGel auto-sterilizes the area, instantly stems blood flow, and chemically stimulates the skin to rapidly close over a wound, it was truly a revolutionary breakthrough. UOTF, however, did not have the means to mass produce this, nor the capabilities to distribute it across the entire ‘Verse. Karl took it upon himself to meet up with an executive from CURELIFE that was able to ensure this could get into the people’s hands in a way that was the least predatory way possible. Almost overnight an entire species skated towards the line of immortality with the new MegGel technology. In Karl’s mind, this was the best outcome, and it allowed UOTF to do what it set out to do in the first place: to service the betterment of humanity. Many people within the organization strongly disagreed with Karl’s decision and conspired an assasination. In 2991 Karl was assassinated in his quarters by Kris WitUhK I, and he found Karl’s manifesto on what his plans were for the organization. after reading through them he was deeply regretful in his actions and swore to continue from where Karl started. He read through and begun working on the last 2 phases of Karl’s master plan.

Phase 2 of Karl’s plan involved some “ethical Piracy” and Kris was determined to carry it out. The Organization had no assets or capital to their name, so not only did they have an issue to resolve in order to achieve their mission statement, they also had an extremely hard time passing on an almost perfect plan to get their hands on a ship that would be able to carry out their goals and plans, something that would act as a mobile base of operations. A covert group of mercenaries were hired by Uprise of the Fallen to infiltrate several distribution centers in search of a few hermes’ class ships to convert into the ultimate medical evacuation ship known to man. after the modifications were made to several ships, UOTF finally had a way to travel longer distances and provide services at longer ranges. They coined the prototype the ‘Apollo Triage’, which quickly became UOTF’s Hallmark. Robert Space Industries loved the idea so much, they bought the plans from Kris and began to mass produce the ships, as well as create their own variant with better weapon capabilities.

After the deal with Robert Space industries went through, UOTF notoriety started to climb, and Kris started to reshape the image of UOTF from a small Militia of displaced refugees, to a full blown Medical Service Provider and began putting advertisements regarding their mission statement and their cause. By 2950, UOTF was in full force and helping everyone they came across in the ‘Verse in the most meaningful way possible. By now life as humanity knew it had changed forever due to the ease of access of the Panacea MedGel innovation, and the mainstreaming of the UOTF’s design that RSI adopted and revamped.

Current Day

Uprise of the Fallen’s purpose is still very alive, and it needs Paramedics and Physicians like you to continue to serve the ‘Verse in an impactful way. The Current Head of Operations Kris Wituhk II is actively recruiting for this endeavor and wants to expand its’ operations even more than it already has. The Vanduul threat plagues our systems and the Tyranny of the empire doesn’t make it any better, but Uprise of the Fallen can.
