Ursa Trauma Response is a private, combat-ready medical unit operating throughout Stanton and beyond. We provide rapid extractions, advanced trauma care, and fully secure transport in even the most hostile and dangerous environments. No pilot is ever left behind. UTR delivers survival when it matter
History of Ursa Trauma Response Team
Ursa Trauma Response Team (UTR) was founded in the early years of expanded civilian and commercial operations in the Stanton system. As trade lanes opened and space became increasingly contested, accidents, piracy, and battlefield casualties increased dramatically. A group of veteran medics and ex-mercenary personnel recognized the growing need for rapid-response, combat-ready medical teams capable of operating where standard emergency services could not.
Initially a small, privately funded operation, UTR earned its reputation by executing high-risk extractions and medical interventions in contested areas, often under fire. Over time, the team grew in both size and capability, acquiring advanced medical equipment, armored transport, and a disciplined operational structure to handle increasingly complex missions.
Today, Ursa Trauma Response Team operates across Stanton and neighboring systems, providing rapid extraction, trauma care, and secure transport for pilots, crew, and civilians alike. Despite our growth, UTR remains committed to our founding principles: no life is expendable, every second counts, and no pilot is left behind.
We exist because survival is not a privilege — it is a right. Ursa Trauma Response Team operates at the edge of danger, where others cannot or will not go. Our mission is to provide rapid medical intervention, extraction, and advanced trauma care to anyone in need, regardless of circumstance.
We believe every life has value, every second counts, and no pilot or crew member should be abandoned in the black. We train, equip, and deploy with precision, ensuring our teams can operate under the most hostile and unpredictable conditions.
Our motives are clear: to save lives, protect those in peril, and uphold a standard of medical and operational excellence in the most extreme environments. We view the ‘verse not as a battlefield, but as a responsibility — a place where competent, disciplined medical response can make the difference between life and death.
We are not just medics. We are Ursa Trauma Response Team, and we exist so that others may survive.
