History Manifesto Charter

History

Created in 2945 by ex-UEE pilot Strees Vantrel, URSAR has recently changed hands and been taken over by Drakel Vresser and with re-branding came many changes to the personnel who work the operation, meaning now we are looking for new citizens to help out.

Charter

We Will Take All Possible Action To See You Home Safely As Fast As Possible, and In Order To Follow Through With This Initiative, We Hold All Our Members To The Following Regulations:

All Licensed Ships Must: - Pay Monthly Licence Fee - Adhere to Size Restrictions - Adhere to Cargo Restrictions - Adhere to Crew Restrictions - Not Disrupt an URSAR Operative Whilst they are on Patrol - Not Call in a False Alarm Knowingly

Breaking This Charter Will Lead To The Following Consequences

Consequence Codes:
L1 —- Fine Between 50 UEC and 500 UEC —|
L2 —- Fine Between 500 UEC and 1,500 UEC |—-> Price Dictated by ComOfficer and Officer
L3 —- Fine Between 1,500 UEC and 5,000 UEC | Fine Will Be Taken From Monthly Pay
L4 —- Fine Between 5,000 UEC and 10,000 UEC _|
L4a —- All Rescue Licenses Dropped
L5 —- Temporary Ban From Flying URSAR Ships
L6 —- Fired From URSAR
