The United Space Labour Front is dedicated to assisting workers and labourers in all areas of industry, and to ensure their security with a unique policy of ‘Forward Defence’
The United Space Labour Front was established in 2023 with the view of protecting and assisting small business owners from larger, predatory businesses and other threats from the frontier of space. Since then, it has evolved into a complex Union which offers a wide range of services to its’ members and their businesses, and caters for all areas of industry.
The USLF still remains dedicated to its’ members above all else, and this sentiment is reflected in the USLF motto “Pro Salute Autem Membra”.

The United Space Labour Front is dedicated to the protection and assistance of it’s members and their businesses. Through the use of the Forward Defence™ policy, the USLF ensures the safety and security of a work site, workers, resources and machinery as well as other assets. The Forward Defence™ policy consists of two stages.
The first, Identification, consists of identifying and cataloguing various threats, on a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 being the most dangerous. Levels 5 and 4, refer to threats that are not considered immediate, either because of the possible danger of an attack from them being relatively minor (i.e: a single fighter attacking an asteroid mine would be considered a Level 5 threat) or because of their distance from the “Protected Zone” of a work site. Levels 3 and 2, refer to a potentially serious threat to work site, and usually require the services of an Auxiliary Security Unit, as well as the security provided at a site. A Level 1 threat refers to a serious threat to a work site, and usually requires the services of a Rapid Neutralisation Unit as well as on-site security. The USLF takes all threats to its’ members and their businesses extremely seriously, and the use of lethal force is common in protecting them.
The second stage is Reaction and Neutralisation . This involves assigning units to a work site, as well as mobilisation of various Threat Response Teams. Usually any workers at a site are confined to bunkers for the duration of the “Neutralisation”, and allowed to safely return to work once the threat has been removed. When dealing with Level 2 or 1 threats, work sites are completely evacuated, and any valuable resources or assets are made ready to be moved off-site in the case of an overwhelming force attacking, with anything left behind being destroyed. Any business owners whose businesses are lost in such a way, are compensated by the USLF for any loss of assets.
________
The USLF also offers a range of additional services on top of the basic Security Package. These include, but are not limited to, Additional Security Packages, “Strongarm” Services™, Courier and Transport Services and Business Security Packages. Information regarding these packages will be made available to those who enquire.
_______
The USLF also requires that its’ members pay Dues, to ensure the continued running of security services, and to maintain the USLF itself. These come in the form of a one-time service fee to begin a Security Package. This can vary from 1000 – 5000 credits, depending on the location, potential risk and ease of mobilisation, as well as other factors. This fee can be payed in lump sum, or in several installments.
As well as this, there are dues that must be payed to the USLF, either monthly or annually depending on the preference of a member.
The USLF also offers Connection Services for businesses under its’ protection, allowing similar businesses to connect, network and amalgamate resources, work sites and assets, as well as businesses themselves.
