UNITED SECURITY TRUST: ORIGINS

ARTICLE I: GOVERNANCE
The UST is a centralized Corporation. All strategic assets and capital are managed by the Board of Trustees. Authority is absolute; the chain of command ensures operational stability.

ARTICLE II: MEMBER RIGHTS & BENEFITS

Asset Access: Qualified members are granted full access to the UST fleet, including specialized combat and logistics vessels.

Financial Backing: All mission expenses—including fuel, repairs, and ammunition—are covered by the Corporate Treasury.

Compensation: Members receive standardized dividends and high-tier bonuses based on mission success and tenure.

ARTICLE III: CONDUCT & DISCIPLINE

Hardware Care: Negligence regarding Corporate assets is grounds for immediate contract termination.
