Under the Influence / UTI

Under The Influence is governed by a ‘Council of Five’ members from the fleet, all with their own perspectives and ideas. They each have an equal voice on: how the fleet is ran, decisions that are made, and its direction. They are your bothers in arms and will run missions with you, chat with you on Teamspeak, and most importantly know you. The Council will have a finger on the pulse of the fleet and know what it wants and needs. With five members there will be debates and votes, but most importantly it will give the best chance for options to be heard. Five minds are better than three and certainly better than one. There is not one leader of ‘Under the Influence’, but five.

One person cannot carry a team to victory. It takes the strength of the members for a team or in this case a fleet to succeed. As an organization we will only go in right direction if we have the support of our members. We want to insure that there is a forum for those ideas and that they can be heard by all.

We are here to enjoy the amazing game that Chris Roberts and his team are putting together for us. We will refrain from overwhelming ideas of grandeur and rules that make even a real Staff Sergeant’s head spin. Of course we all want to rule the Universe and there will be: structure, policies, and rules to follow. However with lives that are often busy with jobs, families, and even kids we want those few hours of video game time to be the best they can be. Our goal is to put together a group of members that will help make every minute of game play the most fun that they possibly came be!

Under the Influence is a community of mature individuals that despite enjoying joking around require a standard of conduct to be maintained by all members. Due to being a global organization and diverse community we must take this into consideration when interacting with other members and even extend this to other RSI players.

We will have its fair share of engagements. All members are expected to know and follow the rules of engagement to the best of their abilities. Ultimately each member will be held accountable for their actions as they may start a ripple effect that has a detrimental effect on the rest of the fleet.
