In the depths of the Milky Way within the ED Dimension, a group of exceptional pilots known as The Exiles had made their mark. United by their thirst for adventure, mastery of the skies, and unwavering camaraderie, they became legends, thriving in trade, exploration, and combat. However, their journey was far from ordinary.

One fateful day, while exploring a mysterious, ancient alien ruin on a distant planet, The Exiles stumbled upon a hidden portal. This enigmatic gateway, pulsating with unknown energy, was rumored to be the legendary passage spoken of in hushed whispers among pilots – a doorway to another universe. Driven by curiosity and the promise of new frontiers, The Exiles decided to venture through the portal, leaving behind their familiar universe for the unknown.

As they crossed the threshold, the portal’s energy enveloped them, and in a blinding flash, they found themselves transported to an entirely new universe – The Verse. The Exiles emerged into a vast and uncharted galaxy, teeming with opportunities, challenges, and wonders unlike anything they had ever encountered.

Charter

The Exiles Charter: Governance, Rights, and Responsibilities

Article I: Organization Structure
The Exiles is governed by a Council of Commanders, comprised of experienced members who oversee the organization’s activities and strategic direction. The Council is responsible for making decisions that align with our core values and vision.

Article II: Membership
Membership in The Exiles is open to all pilots who share our passion for the verse and agree to uphold our values. Members are expected to participate actively, contribute to the community, and respect fellow members.

Article III: Code of Conduct
All members of The Exiles must adhere to the following Code of Conduct:

Respect: Treat all members with respect and courtesy. Discrimination, harassment, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated. Integrity: Act with honesty and integrity in all interactions, both within the organization and in the wider Star Citizen community. Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow members, support one another, and work towards common goals. Responsibility: Take responsibility for your actions and contribute positively to the organization’s environment.

Article IV: Roles and Responsibilities
Members of The Exiles are encouraged to take on roles that align with their skills and interests. Key roles include:

Explorers: Lead and participate in exploration missions, discovering new systems, resources, and points of interest. Traders: Manage trade routes, optimize commerce, and contribute to the organization’s economic strength. Combat Pilots: Engage in combat missions, defend our interests, and protect our members from threats. Support Specialists: Provide logistical support, repair services, and other essential functions to keep our operations running smoothly.

Article V: Decision-Making
The Council of Commanders is responsible for major decisions affecting the organization. However, input from all members is valued and encouraged. Regular meetings and discussions will be held to ensure transparency and inclusivity in decision-making processes.

Article VI: Conflict Resolution
In the event of conflicts or disputes, members are encouraged to seek resolution through respectful dialogue. If necessary, the Council of Commanders will mediate disputes and provide fair and impartial resolutions.

Article VII: Amendments
This Charter may be amended by a majority vote of the Council of Commanders. Proposed amendments should be submitted in writing and will be discussed and voted upon during a Council meeting.

Article VIII: Dissolution
In the unlikely event that The Exiles must be dissolved, the Council of Commanders will oversee the orderly disbandment of the organization. All assets and resources will be distributed fairly among active members.
