In the Year 2794, humanity had already established several colonies across the galaxy, but the need for resources and raw materials was still as pressing as ever.
It was in this context that the United Terra Nova Corporation (UTNC) was founded by a group of visionary entrepreneurs who saw the potential for profit in salvaging space ships, mining quantatium asteroids, and transporting valuable cargo.

The UTNC quickly gained a reputation for its efficiency and expertise in the field of salvage operations. Its salvage crews were equipped with the latest technology and training, enabling them to recover valuable components and materials from even the most damaged and derelict vessels. The UTNC also invested heavily in research and development, constantly refining its techniques and equipment to stay ahead of the competition.

As the demand for quantatium – a rare and incredibly valuable element used in a variety of advanced technologies – grew in the following 30 years, the UTNC expanded its operations to include asteroid mining. Charter
