Charter

The rules are quite simple. They go as followed.

1. Vega is always right.
2. In the occasion Vega is wrong rule number 1 applies.
3. When in doubt, shoot Cobra.
4. Keep it friendly. (no hate against race, sexual orientation, religion, gender, political views)
