History
The veiled consortium was founded on the idea that an organisation should enhance a players experience, it should benefit its members and should be a community as well as a functioning organisation. A philosophy that we can achieve greatness by prioritising our members first. The idea that with a focus on ensuring that members who join feel a part of the core of the group and a key member we reduce the inflated numbers and false membership, keeping activity levels high around the clock, and prevent the creation of a ghost town with a whole heap of ghosts in it.
How we operateOur organisation is multi-faceted and utilises the entirety of the game loops and professions the game has to offer, while allowing our members to specialise in these areas. Despite specialisation we never aim to restrict the gameplay available. You may have listed your specialisation as industry, but if you choose to spend your time as a soldier then that’s just as helpful, we firmly believe that members should do exactly what they want when they want to do it.
The futureWe have high aspirations, we truly believe that we can become one of the biggest, best organisations out there by delivering an experience that keeps members engaged, happy and having fun while also keeping them with the best equipment and access to all the latest content.

We as an organisation and a community aim to deliver the best experience for our members with activity all around the clock, aiming to change the way organisations are thought of.
You may have heard the term happy wife happy life, we believe in happy org happy pockets full of creds and content being done? maybe? doesn’t roll off the tongue does it….

Rules and code of conduct
Welcome to The Veiled Consortium!
Please Read the Rules & Code of Conduct
Disciplinary procedures apply to violations regardless of the rules being read and understood.
All branches must abide by these foundational rules.
Respect and Courtesy
• Treat everyone with respect and kindness; you can, and will, be removed for being too toxic.
• No harassment, bullying, discrimination, or hate speech.
• Respect privacy — no sharing personal info without consent.
Language and Communication
• Use appropriate language; avoid excessive profanity.
• Keep chats constructive and on-topic per channel.
• No spamming, flooding, or excessive caps lock.
• Keep conversation free of politics, religion, and any other inflammatory subjects. Playing dumb to this will not work, just don’t do it. You will be removed from a channel without notice.
We love to laugh and joke, sometimes that will cross a line. Please be an adult and express this; help your fellow citizen understand why the line exists for you and what counts as crossing it.
Bring evidence of repeated violations (2+ instances) and a screenshot of attempted correction to central for review and decisive corrective action.
Moderation and Reporting
• Follow the rules outlined in each Discord category. You will be responsible for these rules and the more specific rules outlined by your title.
• Don’t argue publicly with leadership; use private messages. Failing this will result in removal of posts.
Follow the grievance procedure outlined on the orgs spectrum page. We have the inquisitors office for a reason, they are here to help and resolve issues in an impartial, fair and caring way. Reach out directly to the inquisitors where needed, they are not a pseudo police force for the organisation, they care and believe fully in fair, honest participation in our community.,
Content Sharing
• Share only safe-for-work (SFW) and appropriate content.
• No illegal content, piracy, or hacking tools.
• Avoid graphic or disturbing media.
Failure to follow these rules will result in immediate removal of the post and review of posted content by leadership.
There are no second chances when violating this rule set. You will be removed from the consortium.
There will be no appeals for removal resulting from violating this rule set.
Voice Channels
• Use push-to-talk if you have background noise, or mute your microphone.
• Don’t talk over others; let everyone speak.
• No disruptive noises or trolling.
• Follow voice channel-specific rules.
Failing to follow these rules will result in a server mute without notice.
Every citizen is responsible for monitoring their space. Attempt to corrective rule violation if appropriate to do so. Report unresolved rule violations or grievances that need to be addressed to the inquisitors for review and if needed, appropriate action.
Server-Specific Rules
• Follow additional rules for events, channels, or activities.
• Participate positively and cooperatively.
• Use channels for their intended purposes.
• If you are using a voice chat please use the channel status to state clear comms or tac-comms.
• Do not use channel status to gatekeep a channel: e.g. “Talking politics, do not enter.” does not excuse the rule violation for talking politics in the channel.
Inclusivity and Diversity
• Your identity outside the verse is irrelevant. We welcome all backgrounds, skill levels, and experience.
• Encourage a supportive and friendly environment.
• Avoid gatekeeping or elitism; help new members become old members.
We are a welcoming, not an inclusive organization. Your membership is not protected by any inclusivity rule. If you aren’t a good fit, you will be removed during your probationary period.
Consequences
• This document is your first warning. Rule violations will result in muting or channel relocation without warning.
• Repeat offenses will result in a permanent ban and removal from the org following inquisitor review of evidence.
• Appeals can be submitted respectfully via the inquisitor team.
