Formed in 2947 under the guise of a Stanton-based private logistics contractor, Vanguard Logistics & Tactical Resource Allocation Exchange
(VELTRAX) was originally designed to handle high-risk material transport between major UEE ports. Its founders — a consortium of ex-corporate strategists, former UEE Navy liaisons, and shadow investors — envisioned an organization that could operate with discretion in volatile zones while maintaining the appearance of legitimacy.
Within two years, VELTRAX quietly expanded beyond conventional freight. Rumors spread of its involvement in “salvage reclamation,” covert security escorting, and off-grid information transfers. Clients included everyone from independent industrial groups to parties listed in redacted UEE procurement reports.
By 2952, VELTRAX was running operations across all four major Stanton worlds, specializing in classified logistics, strategic escorting, and asset denial operations. Though publicly registered as a private trade consultancy, its internal structure reflected military precision, with compartmentalized divisions and encrypted contracting protocols.
With Pyro’s political vacuum emerging, VELTRAX has begun deploying covert recon teams and establishing asset-forwarding routes — seeking not only opportunity, but leverage.
