MISSION

With an aim to connect and coordinate with the diverse talents and specialists of the ‘verse, VANGUARD is not a singular entity, but an initiative, to bring forth and maintain the best the ‘verse offers in the now and envisions for tomorrow.

VANGUARD operates broadly in response to individual and system emergency calls and signals, reconnaissance and field information services, commercial/military logistics and haulage, a broad range of personal protection services to coordinated tactical & combat support, VANGUARD may also consider and coordinate its resources and network of talents and specialists for extraordinary duties, and significant events both coordinated and anomalous.

PHILOSOPHY

VANGUARD keeps an open mind in terms of operation and coordination, its guiding ideology aims to see and maintain the good in its interactions with its stakeholders, allies, and affiliates; coordinating and fostering the strengths and talents of its agents and teams, to help members find their place and calling among VANGUARD, VANGUARD’s potential new chapters, affiliated organisations, allies, and the radiant ‘verse at large.

VANGUARD CODA

VANGUARD aims to impose no hierarchy and wishes to hold fair council with all members, with whom Vanguards’ directives, initiatives, and policies may concern and affect.

VANGUARD Agent, Operators including oversight and coordinating AOs – VANGUARD Envoys and Emissaries, conducts its duties fairly and with regard to context – in accordance to conditions required to receive fair commission and bounty. While somewhat amorphous in structure, and detemining itself outside the confines of any established local code and laws, we are not codeless, nor an exercise in anarchy. The Guiding Directive requires that in the commissioning and perpetuity of VANGUARDS memberships, affiliations, duties, and endeavours, all is done in the spirit of goodwill and honor, and propensity for our agents and operators to leave our engagements, locales, and communities commissioning them “better than how we found it”.
