Vigil / VIGILANTS

Wanna make some friends and play with folks that enjoy a variety of gameplay loops? We enjoy every piece of content the verse has to offer and want to show our members it!

What we do

VIGIL is a community org where community and comradery is at the forefront of our mission.

• Secure operations above dangerous POI, abandoned mining sites, and unsecured facilities. (Hathor, Laz, Etc)
• Long term grinds, such as the wikelo polaris, to help have a larger goal to work towards for us all.
• For when the criminal itch hits: good old fashioned piracy . We enjoy hanging around jump points, OM points, and interdicting in deep space. We interdict and hit targets that carry valuable cargo, often initiating contact first. (Although, not all of the time.)
• Operations: mining, salvaging, points of interest. We aim to be an active and busy community.
• Chilling out, because we cannot possibly be serious all the time!
• Other games: because star citizen is not all we want to be. We want to be a greater community.

What we need

VIGIL needs a variety of individuals with various talents and access to gameplay loops.

• Fighter pilots are prized to us.
• Capitol class ship owners are extremely prized. A capitol ship means we can have presence, which means we can start our operations to begin with.
• Marines—boots on the ground—to go into dangerous places and secure them, and otherwise acquire objects of interest.
• Miners to help grow our inventory of materials and fuel our coffers.
• Salvagers. For when crafting comes, we will need raw materials.
• Merchants to help manage storefront and black market operations across different networks across the verse.
• Datarunners. In other words, scouts to find valuable ore veins, ship wrecks, and more.
• Anything else you think you can offer, we will take. Tell us about your personal talents in your application!

What we Offer

• Insight into many gameplay loops!
• We offer an opportunity for you to make a good amount of AUEC. We have knowledge of how the market works and what people want and through our operations, you will be given a pretty penny of whatever loot we sell.
• We offer a space for you to blossom as a player and engage in various gameplay loops. Need missions done but lack the firepower? Want to grind up that rep? We’ll help you get that shit done.
• A community where you can make friends not just for star citizen, but other games as well. I want us not just to be an org, but a gathering place of like minded, kindhearted individuals.
• Events every week for a variety of game loops.
• An org pot where you get paid for playing with us. Every week, active members who opt in are paid from a pot of our org bank.
• An environment where you can learn the game as a newbie. Afraid to go to Pyro? Hell, afraid to take off from your hangar for the first time? We will get you flying, (even if it takes a few 1000m/s crashes into a space station to get it right).

Rank Structure

Ranks pretty much serve no purpose other than to indicate who is responsible for administrative tasks, etc.

What to Have

The base game. That’s it. And a working microphone to boot!

How to Apply

Add staria1924 on discord and apply here. You will be invited to a server called “Starias Den” and you should make sure to select the Star Citizen parts in roles!
