History

VISIO ELEFTHERIA Inc. is a federation of individuals that have come together to drive a vision of prosperity, and peace in the ‘Verse.

The corporation will announce its’ official founding according to the principles within the Manifesto, thereafter the history of the organisation will begin to be built by the members of VISIO ELEFTHERIA Inc.

FOUNDING:
Founding Definitions:
-The Founding refers to the date at which VISIO ELEFTHERIA Inc. officially recognises its’ founding.
-Before Founding takes place, the company will be run in a skeleton state by whomever is a member.
-After Founding, this document in its’ entirety will come into effect.
-Founding Executive refers to the Board that tides over VISIO ELETHERIA Inc. from its’ Pre-Founding age into its’ Founding age, as well as the Founding Conference which will be the first Conference elected upon Founding.
-The Founding Retainers are the group of full Eleftherian Retainers as of the date of Founding.
Founding:
Date:
-Founding will take place when the company officially has 30 members, as per the membership requirements.
-Before Founding, the only requirement for membership is the one time payment of 100 000 aUEC.
Actions to define Founding Executive:
-Once Founding occurs, the members as part of The Board will immediately begin their first term.
-The decision on the members of The Founding Board must be decided upon before Founding.
-Once Founding occurs, an Election will occur for the Founding Conference.
-The Date of Founding to be recorded by The Director.
-The dates of the next Election, as per the stipulations in this document, will be decided upon.
-All members of The Founding Board, and Founding Conference, may be re-elected if they wish in the next Election cycle, but they may not automatically assume the position again.
Immediate Votes by the Founding Retainers:
-The Founding Retainers must vote on reasonable uniforms to be actively implemented by the Fleet structures within VISIO ELEFTHERIA Inc. -These uniforms must comply with the various requirements outlined within the Fleet structure.
-The Founding Executive must vote on the immediately available 3 000 000 aUEC (or UEC should Founding take place after the move to beta, and full persistence) and its’ uses.

VISIO ELEFTHERIA Inc. WAS FOUNDED IN THE HOPES OF DESIGNING THE NEXT TOMORROW FOR TODAYS GENERATION. WE SIT ON THE FOREFRONT OF MINING, LOGISTICS, AND HUMAN RESOURCES IN THE ‘VERSE – STRATEGISING, AND IMPLEMENTING, SOME OF THE MOST CUTTING EDGE SYSTEMS IN THE INDUSTRY.

VISIO ELEFTHERIA Inc. IS FOCUSED ON MINING RESPONSIBLY ON A COMMERCIAL SCALE, AND PRIDES ITSELF ON PROVIDING JOBS TO CITIZENS OF THE ‘VERSE. WE STRIVE TO GROW A WORKING FAMILY THAT IS LOYAL, AND TAKES SATISFACTION IN CREATING A BRIGHTER FUTURE.

-Performs administrative roles which include, but are not limited to, capturing of member details, keeping of member records, capturing of data related to company activities, creating company wide events, organising and running of elections.

-Performs financial roles which include, but are not limited to, creating financial prospective goals, keeping and holding the Treasury, distribution of the company wealth in an amicable and fair manner, provision of wealth for operations and administration.
Principal Architect Minister
-Performs operations roles which include, but are not limited to, managing of all active operations, managing long term goals for the company, proposing actionable votes on actions related to the health and growth of the company to achieve its goals, command the security department.

ELECTIONS, VOTES, AND ACTIONABLE VOTES:
Elections:
Elections specifically define the process in which The Board, and Conference, are elected into office.
The Board:
-Elections will take place in two (2) phases. Phase 1 refers to the pre-full persistence, and beta, era of gameplay. The Board will be re-elected once (1) every two (2) years during this phase. Phase 2 refers to the post-full persistence, and alpha, era of gameplay. The Board will be re- elected once (1) every one (1) year during this phase.
-Each seat on the board is fed from within its Division in Conference, [redacted]. EG: Principal Administrative Director is elected based on candidates from within the Administrative Division, [redacted].
-Candidates for each structure are voted on by each active member of VISIO ELEFTHERIA Inc.
Conference:
-Elections will take place in two (2) phases. Phase 1 refers to the pre-full persistence, and beta, era of gameplay. Conference will be re-elected once (1) every three (3) years during this phase. Phase 2 refers to the post-full persistence, and alpha, era of gameplay. The Board will be re- elected once (1) every two (2) years during this phase.
-Any Eleftherian Retainer can apply to any position within the offices of Conference, [redacted].

Votes:
A Vote is a decision put forward by any Eleftherian Retainer.
-A Vote can be put forward on any topic, for any reason, at any time.
-Members come up with decisions, these decisions are then posted for the entire Eleftherian Retainer base to vote on to put it towards an Actionable Vote.
-Members decide “Yay” or “Nay” on a Vote, a 51% “Yay” of the Vote pushes it towards an Actionable Vote.
Actionable Votes:
An Actionable Vote is a Vote that has a 51% “Yay” majority. This Actionable Vote can now be put towards members of The Executive in order to Implement or Deny.
-An Actionable Vote is Voted on by The Principal, The Director, The President, The Minister, and each Division of Conference, [redacted].
-Each Division of Conference has one (1) vote for a total of three (3) votes.
-Each Vote cast by Conference is decided upon by each Secretary of each Office under the Division. A two (2) thirds (3) majority is needed under each Division to decide on an “Implement” or “Deny”.
-Each member of The Board has one (1) vote for a total of four (4) votes.
-There are a total of six (7) Votes cast by The Board, and Conference.

-Four (4) Votes, or more, “Implement” succeeds the Actionable Vote, and the decision or topic is implemented in its’ entirety.

Membership Commencement:
Fees:
-One time payment of 100 000 aUEC (during Phase 1, Phase 2 will require a one time payment of 100 000 UEC). -This payment can be negotiated and split into separate payments for individuals. -Individuals that are allowed to split payments are NOT Eleftherian Retainers until the full amount is paid. -The decision on negotiated payment rests solely with the Secretary of Records, and Secretary of Treasury.
-50 000 aUEC (during Phase 1, Phase 2 will require a per month payment of 50 000 UEC) per month as payment for any ships provided to the Eleftherian Retainer. -This only applies to members that have received ships in benefits.
-500 aUEC (during Phase 1, Phase 2 will require a per mission payment of 500 UEC) per mission, or operation, conducted using a ship provided to the Eleftherian Retainer. -This payment includes both Captain of the ship, and crew.
-One time payment of 50 000 aUEC (during Phase 1, Phase 2 will require a one time payment of 50 000 UEC) should the Minister call upon an Endow.
-An alternate fee structure is available to those wishing to join outlined in the Fleet section.

Retainer:
-Eleftherian Retainers will always be accepted, and worked with, in the ‘Verse.
-Eleftherian Retainers will always have a place for work within the ‘Verse.
-Eleftherian Retainers will always be actively protected, and avenged, in the ‘Verse.
-Eleftherian Retainers will have the ability to Vote on any decision put forward.
-Eleftherian Retainers will be able to put forward any decision for a Vote.
-Eleftherian Retainers have the ability to work their way up into any position on The Executive.

Fleet Definitions:
-The Fleet refers to any, and all, vehicles owned and operated by Eleftherian Retainers.

-6 Months of Active Duty in the Fleet.
-Eleftherian Retainer membership will be granted at the end of the 6 months.
-Eleftherian Retainers may join the Fleet at any time for no Fee.
Membership Duty:
-Enlisting in the Fleet is voluntary.
-Enlisting in the Fleet is an agreement to complete 3 months of Active Duty.
-Eleftherian Retainers are welcome to remain Active in the Fleet after 3 months of Active Duty.
Membership Benefits:
-Once an Eleftherian Retainer has completed their Active Duty, they are considered a Veteran, and will forever be respected by VISIO ELEFTHERIA Inc. (this includes after a decision to leave the Company is undertaken).
-An Eleftherian Retainer that has not completed 3 months of Active Duty in the Fleet does not receive any benefits.
