Confidentiality of our clients is of our utmost concern, and will remain between client and every hired official involved in the inquiry.
Inquiries can be made to the commander and an appointment for details will be made/held in a private teamspeak3 channel.
Every single man and woman operating under the banner of Vist operates with utmost professionalism and courage. Clientele information is to remain %100 private online and off. All orders are to be followed by the officers appointed over them, within the limitations set by their commanding general.

Any concerns, problems or issues for any aspect of any life, in game or off, may be referred to the chain of command and will be handled with care. The welfare of each and every person is important to us, and the ability to accomplish the mission.
Leaders are bound to the personnel beneath them. The welfare of all personnel is their utmost priority, under accomplishing the mission. If a leader is found unfit to fulfill his duties and implied tasks, even after mentor-ship, then he will be sent to the disciplinary officer for a formal demotion hearing. All evidence will be presented in the hearing(most likely teamspeak3) and a verdict of whether the leader should be demoted will handed. This decision irreversible, but the demotee may prove themselves worthy in the future for a leadership position.
Any infractions will be dealt with, but is not limited to, actions from the disciplinary officer and a proper verdict will be decided based on the accused actions if proven guilty. All personnel have the opportunity and availability to utilize the open door policy of the command if they feel the punishment was out of line, and wish to appeal. This option will not be available if the case had been referred to the commander, thus no higher action is possible, meaning the punishment is final.
