First in, last out.
VitaGuard began as a small, privately funded medical startup on ArcCorp, originally known as VitaCare Emergency Solutions. Its founders, shared a growing concern: civilian medical response across the verse wasn’t keeping up with rising violence, frontier expansion, and corporate conflict. Too many distress calls went unanswered. Too many died waiting.
After witnessing the aftermath of the Orison Cargo Port Crisis, where official responders were overwhelmed, we committed to creating a new kind of emergency unit, one agile enough to operate where the UEE couldn’t or wouldn’t, and bold enough to enter danger zones other responders refused.
With a handful of retrofitted ships and a team of volunteer medics, VitaCare began responding to fringe world emergencies for little more than donations and favours.
Rebranding as VitaGuard, the organization expanded rapidly. They acquired modern medical ships, developed armoured extraction squads, and established response hubs in Stanton, Pyro (unofficially), and Nyx. VitaGuard teams have even operated beyond UEE borders, performing quiet evacuations for clients who prefer anonymity.
VitaGuards willingness to enter conflict zones has earned them the admiration of civilians, and the suspicion of certain megacorps who don’t appreciate outside interference. Still, VitaGuard remains fiercely independent, refusing to align with any political bloc.
Today, VitaGuard stands as one of the verse’s most reliable emergency responders. They don’t ask questions, they don’t take sides, and they don’t hesitate.
First in, last out.
Life is the only currency that truly matters.
Beyond profit, politics, and territory, life is the one resource that cannot be replaced. VitaGuard exists to protect it, anywhere, at any time and for anyone.
We are not soldiers, though we operate in warzones.
We are not mercenaries, though we charge into danger.
We are not saints, though many call us their last hope.
We are VitaGuard. First in, last out.
